The lawn had been serviced shortly before your stay, but due to unusually heavy rain and rapid growth, it became overgrown more quickly than expected. Unfortunately, weather conditions prevented our lawn service from returning as scheduled. We strive to maintain a clean, pet-friendly home and take cleanliness seriously. While some pet hair may occasionally be missed between guests, we have addressed your comments with our cleaning team and will continue working to ensure our standards remain high. We have also reminded our team to pay closer attention to items such as the coffee maker during turnover inspections. The home is stocked with a full kitchen, dishes, cookware, paper towels, and other essentials. Disposable items such as paper plates, aluminum foil, and napkins are not listed amenities, though we understand some guests prefer having those available. Regarding pests, the property is professionally treated on a regular schedule, and we were not made aware of any pest concerns during your stay. Likewise, no issues with the garage door were reported to us while you were in the home. Had we been notified of any maintenance or cleanliness concerns during your stay, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address them promptly.
