The Space:

Four days of theme parks hit different when you have a private pool waiting at home. Set in the gated Cumbrian Lakes community - just 10 miles from Walt Disney World - this single-story villa gives families and groups a proper base: space to spread out, a kitchen worth cooking in, and a screened pool deck where the only agenda is doing nothing at all.

 

Living space

The open-plan layout puts the kitchen, dining, and living areas together in one connected sweep of space. Natural light fills the room through large windows, and the flow from inside to the screened patio is easy and immediate - there are no stairs anywhere in the home. Whether you're refueling between park days or settling in for a slow evening, the space is sized to hold everyone comfortably.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom is positioned near a full shared bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds - well suited for kids or additional guests. The home sleeps up to 8.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook proper meals without a trip to the shops: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and a hot water kettle. Cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and a dining table round out the setup. For longer stays, starter supplies of dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen essentials are provided.

 

Outdoor & pool

The screened private pool and furnished patio face garden and lake views, giving you a genuinely peaceful outdoor space. The covered screen keeps things comfortable year-round - Florida winters are mild enough to enjoy the water, and the surrounding Cumbrian Lakes grounds include scenic walking paths through a quiet, landscaped setting.

 

Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms serve the home. The primary ensuite is private to the main bedroom. The second and third bathrooms are shared, both equipped with a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.

 

Amenities

The home is set up for real stays: in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fan, dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, TV, room-darkening shades, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and a pack 'n play travel crib. Cumbrian Lakes sits in Kissimmee with straightforward access to the full run of Orlando's attractions. Walt Disney World is 10 miles away (roughly 20 minutes). Disney Springs is 8 miles. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are both within 25 minutes. For a change of pace, Old Town Kissimmee is 5 miles, and Gatorland is 8 miles. Orlando International Airport is 18 miles - about 25 minutes without traffic.
