A king bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room for up to four guests, a full kitchen with bar seating and a dining table for four, and a washer and dryer in the apartment. One covered parking space is included. In the building: two pools on the bay, a hot tub, a large gym, a game room and a kids' playroom. Brickell's restaurants and offices are a short walk away.

Bedroom: king bed, TV and a closet.

Living room: sofa bed and TV, open to the balcony.

Kitchen: fully equipped, with bar stools and a dining table for four.

Bathroom with shower.

Washer and dryer in the apartment, wifi and a workspace.



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours, with one covered parking space in the building garage (clearance 6 ft 9 in). In the building: two pools on the bay, the hot tub, the gym, the game room with a pool table, the kids' playroom and the lounges. Before arrival, every guest fills in our registration form with a photo ID.



The Neighborhood:

Greater Miami is synonymous with beautiful beaches and towering palm trees – but in its urban center, it’s the cityscape of glittering skyscrapers over Biscayne Bay that gets all the attention. Diverse, dynamic and densely populated, the Brickell area is a hub of international finance, dining, arts, and entertainment that no visitor should miss.



Getting Around:

Brickell is walkable: the free Metromover stops a few minutes away, and Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village are about 10 minutes on foot. Miami International Airport is about 20 minutes by car.
