You'll love this home! Everything from the indoor fireplace, shuffleboard, ping pong table, Xbox ect inside.... To the beautiful outdoor living with the pool, fire pit and corn hole.

Just moments away from the 51 freeway, amazing dining, Biltmore golf course and hiking trails.

Come stay a while. You'll be glad that you did!

This is a gorgeous newly renovated 3 bed 2 bath home. The home boasts 2 king size premium beds, 2 twin over twin premium bunk beds, 2 fold our couches and a queen size air mattress.

There is a beautiful pool in the backyard with a gorgeous view of the Piestewa Peak!! the Pool is NOT heated.

You'll have access to home using a smart lock on the front door. You'll simply needed to download the app August Home on your phone. We will then send you an invite so that you have access to the lock and lock the front door durning your stay.

The host were amazing and the house was as well. Definitely will be returning to this beautiful home. The pool gets deep fast but the have a ton of floaties to choose from

Some of the amenities could use an upgrade. We played Cornhole but the boards had peeling stickers and the arcade 1up machines controls were not working properly. It was probably due to lots of play from previous stays.The property is clean and not far from Phoenix downtown. Plenty of room for everyone. Quick and easy access and communication with the caretaker was answered quickly.

The house was beautiful and had lots of space for my whole family. The kids loved the pool and appreciated the toys and floaties to use. However, communication with the host was very poor. I received messages on how to check in and check out, which seemed to just be automated messages. When I had concerns about the house, I texted and sent a message on VRBO to the host, but received no response at all.

The place was perfect but the host or owner keep sending me emails accusing me of throwing a party after I told her so many times it was only me and my 2 kids so I felt like she was judging me cause if the way I look or the host was been racist .

There were a quite a few issues with cleanliness like the shower having really bad calcium buildup, the furniture and sheets were stained, the appliances in the kitchen didn’t work well, there were soooo many crickets inside, and some of the pictures were definitely outdated because there were different furnishings than pictured but overall the stay was good. If the cleanliness was better this would easily have been 8.5-9 stars and we would return.

Overall we had a great stay! The location is wonderful and the host was always in communication! The kids loved the pool! The cleanliness of the house was questionable. The towels definitely smelled like they hadn't been washed. There were bugs and a dead bug in the main bathtub that had been there for a while. The air conditioner filters were filthy! So bad the one in the main bedroom didn't work and there were still crickets everywhere like previous reviews had mentioned. The room with bunk beds has no fan and was terribly hot. The kids just slept in the living room the second night. Overall, nice neighborhood and good enough for what we needed!

Property listed was as described, clean open environment, comfortable beds plenty of space. Unfortunately it rained during our stay so we weren’t able to utilize the pool but overall good experience.

The house is close enough freeway to be confident but feels secluded. So much space in the common areas inside and outside. Great house.

Beautiful location looking at Piestewa Peak right near the Biltmore district and super easy Hwy 51 access. Home was large with all the kitchen items you would need. Two large beds were firm. Pool was great and had a view of the peak too. It was fun to watch night hikers come down the mountain. Owner was very very responsive to some issues that arose and got taken care of. The biggest downside is that the furniture is not comfortable at all. The green couches are broken down. And the outside furniture around the fire pit felt like it was going to break. If this place had more comfortable lounge furniture it would go a long way.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the 51.The couches and chairs need to be updated because the cushions are warped. The video games were great and my family thoroughly enjoyed playing them. The host responded quickly to my concerns of banging in the pipes in the middle of the night, however it continued each night while we were there.

Lovely home that checked all the boxes. This was a business trip so didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities the house had to offer, but the pool looked amazing.

This home is in a great location! Right off the freeway in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s an older home with nice updates. We enjoyed the Xbox and other games they had. Our only complaint is it wasn’t that clean. But I would give them another chance.

We’ve stayed at so many VRBOs across the country and this property was, hands-down, one of the best! - Beautiful home (kid-friendly with so many games and activities)- Clean pool with wonderful views of the mountain- Close to the freeway and great location - Felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood - Most importantly, fantastic communication with the owner. They were quick with communication and understanding of last minute accommodations. Just book, so you can focus on planning the rest of your vacation with a little less stress. :)

Electronic key entry from day 1 had issues. Ended up locked out at 1am waiting for 1.5 hours for no reply from owner and charged 550 for a locksmith to tend to faulty locks! Family was exhausted and emotional for early morning flights home. Ruined vacation time.At check in found a list of sorry items while locked out on the porch! none working sink, towels left in laundry...

I’m sorry you felt this way about your stay. For clarity, I responded quickly to all of your messages except the one that came in during the middle of the night when you were locked out, as I was sleeping. The towels you mentioned were clean in the laundry room, as I mentioned to you. The only reason they weren't put away is because my cleaning lady didn't have time. Every single towel was used by the guests that checked out the day you checked in. I also offered to send a handyman to check the sink but never heard back. So I would assume it wasn't that big of a deal. Also, I’m unsure how you reviewed the “sorry items” list inside the home while you were locked out. The app shows you accessed the home at 6:13, 3 mins after messaging me saying you can't enter... I do appreciate the feedback and have back up entry options but when I contacted you to make sure you got in at 6:13 I didn't hear back from you until 7:58. If you would've gotten right back to me I could've easily given you a lockbox code to get a physical key. Regardless, I appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience.
