Welcome to 29 on 32nd Street, your cozy getaway just two blocks from the beautiful beach of Isle of Palms! This charming spot features three comfy bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it perfect for family get-togethers or a fun weekend with friends.
Step inside, and you'll find a spacious living area where you can kick back and relax after a day of sun and sand. Imagine curling up by the fireplace on cooler evenings, sipping hot cocoa or sharing stories with loved ones. It's the kind of place that just feels like home. The fenced backyard is your private oasis! Picture evenings spent around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and enjoying the warmth of the flames. And if you're looking to unwind, the hot tub is calling your name—what better way to end a day at the beach?
As you enter the large, spacious living room, you will enjoy the great amount of seating area for your family and the open plan dining area which will comfortably seat 6. Off the living area, there is a private bedroom with a twin bed and a trundle underneath it. On the other side of the living area, you have a fully updated and fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Both the kitchen and the living area open up to a wonderful deck which has seating and dining for six, a very inviting hot tub and a propane fire pit. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are located down the hallway and the laundry room is located of the premier bedroom.

**This home is pet friendly, however only non shedding dogs and weight and breed restrictions do apply.** Dogs are considered with a $250 pet fee (per pet), applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.
This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. The house was clean and lots of space. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. Our only complaint was that it did not stay cool, even with the air running it would be 78 during the day and only get to 71/72 in the middle of the night.

Updated Ranch
Home was charming. Plenty of starter products, clean fresh towels and linens. Updated kitchen was well organized. Bedrooms are small but plenty of room for large family with a 4th bedroom/flex available. A storm had come thru recently and back deck was not cleaned or easy to use. Air conditioner had a hard time cooling in the afternoon but they used 2 window units to supplement it.
