Welcome to our Fancy Farm in Southern California, Newton Avocado Manor. We are a working Rose & Avocado farm with views of the Pacific Ocean. Walk the hiking paths and fruit groves of our incredible family estate. Our guest apartment, The London Flat, is inspired by our stay at the Rosewood Hotel in London. It’s luxurious and comfortable. We are world travelers and have made The London Flat to be everything we love when we travel. Full of little surprises and hidden gems. Complete with a full kitchen, stocked with coffee, loose leaf teas, fruits and veggies, organic milk and butter and artisan breads. Go outside and pick your fresh herbs and some Avocados or fruits and make yourself a delicious meal if you love to cook. We can do any additional shopping for you before you arrive. Our goal is for you to experience something extraordinary. Huge Luxurious bathroom with full size washer and dryer and premium laundry supplies. If you are an exercise fanatic go for a run/walk on all our different trails or request the Peloton bike to be delivered to your Flat and we'll have it all set up so you can explore London on your virtual bike ride.
Explore our 15 acre California Fancy Farm. Pick Avocados, Roses, Eucalyptus, fresh fruit. Have you ever gone on a walk with a gorgeous vase and picked the most beautiful bouquet? When we travel we always have Roses delivered to our hotel. Here at the Farm you will have a gorgeous bouquet waiting for you in your Flat when you arrive. Pick one everyday. We can go foraging with you on the Farm and help you make a special flower design just for your stay. We are all about creating something beautiful from the nature that surrounds us. We also would love to teach you how to make an incense bundle. Have you ever picked fresh white sage, lavender, rosemary, and baby blue ornamental eucalyptus and made an incense bundle. It's gorgeous and feeds the soul. Enjoy our complimentary Art supplies. Enjoy painting, drawing or just relax. We have art lessons for fun if desired or for the more experienced artist you will be awe struck by the pure beauty here. Canvases, an eisle and paint supplies are tucked away in a box in your flat for you to enjoy
Breakfast is served to you every morning and enjoy an afternoon tea and snacks at your leisure. Afternoon tea is served on formal china even if you enjoy it on a blanket under a 100 year old oak tree. We have over 57 varieties of loose leaf tea. Afternoon Tea is one of our favorite things.
Our goal is for you to create unforgettable memories of a lifetime. Staying here is meant to be experiential.
We have selected over 12 pieces of art for The London Flat for you to enjoy and inspire. There are 3 distinguished Rose gardens on the estate. The Formal Rose Garden with a stunning bronze by artist Victor Salmone. The Lower Rose Garden with wedding variety Roses. The English Garden with Roses, Lilacs, a greenhouse and many other varieties of flowers.
The grounds also feature a Japanese Garden with huge Koi and lovely waterfall and bridge, a Fancy Court where you can play giant chess, croquet, lawn bowling, horseshoes and cornhole. There are so many fun things to explore. You'll have to go to the corral and meet our Alpaca family of 2 Mothers and Daugters. The girls are the most gentle and loving creatures.
Pick some grapes right off the vines by the Corral. We have Merlot grapes and green table grapes.

We love the beach and go surfing 2+ times a week. We have lots of boards and SUP's. Let us take you to the beach and give you a lesson. Surfing in Southern California is amazing.
