Perfect for long-stay needs

This condo was ideally situated and had everything one could need for a long-term stay. The community property is lovely, with lots of paths to walk my dog.

Uncomfortable

The mattress was so soft that my wife, who normally can sleep anywhere, had to spend the whole trip sleeping on the couch. And the couch itself is decades old and provides no support. My back was shot after the second night in the bed. The furniture needs a serious update. And to top things off neither the fridge or freezer were cold enough to use. We emailed the host rep the first night and never received a response. Overall very disappointing.

Nice place

The place was perfect for our stay. The refrigerator did not work and we had to buy ice to keep our stuff cold. They really need to invest in a new one instead of having to unplug it to thaw it out, which is what they have been doing. Also, due to COVID we could not even relax by the pool let alone get in or the hot tub, but still paid resort fees. It would have been nice to sit in the sun in a chair by the pool and fountain. I would book here again as it was clean and nice. People were nice and helpful.

Good location

The pictures made it look much bigger! Location was great,but hard to find the building,it would have been nice if they had put the building letter in the address,we drove around for ever looking for it. It would have been nice to have some paper towels and more then just one roll of toilet paper! The bed was way to hard for us. But we would stay again.

The unit looked great but the hide a bed was terrible!! We just had to take the mattress out and lay it in the floor . The light in the living room and bed room did not work at all. The main bed was very comfortable The kitchen was nice The bathroom was nice Then when asked to call evolve rather than give a negative review i could not get through Not a true way to get a rating really ~ only leave one if its good ????!!!!!!

Short getaway

When I first pulled up I was a little concerned by the loud music coming out of one of the condos as well as the smell of marijuana. I know people live there on an ongoing basis, so I just hoped for the best. Nothing in the instructions told me which building the unit was in, so I asked a woman who was leaning over her balcony and she pointed me in the right direction. When I emerged from the unit to unpack my car, the music had already been turned down and I never heard it again the rest of my stay. The unit was clean and cozy. Being a single woman on my own there I initially felt a little insecure about the fact the patio door wouldn't lock and the front door didn't close tight and the deadbolt was very difficult to get locked. After settling in though I realized the unit/property seemed to be quite secure and safe. I couldn't have asked for a better location as far as access to the Strip, stores, restaurants and local transportation. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to be able to stay again on my next visit to Vegas. Also the security guards on the property were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this unit for a single person and/or couple looking to get away. Very convenient and affordable. Thank you!

Couldn't of asked for more.

This place is actually what we wanted. Quiet little group of condos. Off the strip. No resort fees. Balcony was nice for morning coffee. Bed was comfortable. Didn't fix anything to eat, but kitchen seemed well equipped. It is a small unit. Perfect for 2. Nice big tub, and unit was clean. Palms, Rio, and Gold Coast within walking distance. Would come back.

Very convenient, quiet & safe place in LAV near the Strip

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, convenient, neat one bed- room condo. Pet friendly, but we did not bring our pets this time because it is located on the 3rd floor. It would be nice if the check in procedure stated the bldg. #/Letter with the room #. The entrance guards did not know right away. We are glad that we arrived earlier than expected. Barbara, thanks for sharing the place with us!

Very easy check in process. The room was perfect for our stay. We had reservations at the Palms which this place is at a perfect location. Definitely will be back!

Lost without TV in Las Vegas

Sorry to say but the satellite TV did not work. Everything else was fine and dandy.

Nearly there

I would have given a higher star rating but there was a couple of things that didn’t make me happy. First is the air conditioning settings. It keeps changing to warm temperatures like 87, 83, every 2 hours. Come on! We’re in Vegas! Where it’s hot 🥵. Second, the fan wouldn’t work. Somehow the remote for it wouldn’t turn it on, so with the a/c situation, didn’t help matters. Travel size shampoo, lotion, bath soap were provided, but looking at them closely, decided not to use them because they looked used but just refilled. I wasn’t comfortable with that. Otherwise, The bed was comfortable, the bath towels were fluffy and absorbent. Didn’t use the kitchen but was fully stocked with necessities you may need. And be warned, it’s 3 flights of stairs you gotta walk up to, definitely not for handicapped or elderly.

Great Vacation can't wait until next year!!!

The Security Guards were very personable and they made us feel safe at all times. You could see them walking the grounds in the evenings. If people were expecting a pool they would have been disappointed as the only thing available was a lazy river and the water temp was too cold for anyone to really enjoy it. There was also a hot tub that you could use. Hopefully, the pool will be available in the future. Would recommend this villa to anyone. The villa was fully furnished with utensils, towels, pots & pans and washer/dryer. We are already planning our trip for next year we are hoping to secure the same villa when we come back.

If you are reading all the posts about the hard bed, they replaced it with a brand new memory foam mattress! Yes, it is dated, but for the price, you can't beat it. Uber ride away from all you need. Plenty of parking if you have a car.

Nice place for a vacation

We rented this Condo for two months; 1 Jan to Feb 28, 2019. Arrived 1 Jan only to find the Condo was not cleaned. There was not even one roll of toilet paper left in the Condo. The entire place / floor had lint and dust.The stove and oven was a mess. The lint was not even removed from the dryer even though there were instructions that was supposed to be done. Before we retired for the night we had to wash the sheets and a towel left hanging in the bathroom. We later swept the condo and mopped the kitchen. Later that night I e mailed the Contact Person and Evolve with our concerns. Evolve response was" sometimes these things do happen"; not impressed with this reply ! Kitchen rug seen better days and should be replaced immediately. I did not hear from the Contact Person so on 4 Jan I called her with our about the non-cleaning. She said she is aware of the problem and she will make arrangements to have the Condo cleaned in about two weeks. We declined as we had already done the basic cleaning ( vacuming / sweeping, mopping, ect ). I told her we would not clean the stove. She said she will have the Condo cleaned when we leave. We cleaned the Condo when we left; I can guarantee we left this Condo cleaner than we got it. We had problem locking the front door. The owners friend (Rob) came over immediately and rectified this.( Great Service ). There was also a problem with the thermostat which was rectified immediately by the owner. Did not use the balcony as the temperature was 'cool' during our stay in Vegas. So...........going forward; this a very nice Condo in a Gated area, 24/7 security;outside is clean and well maintained. Nice walk to The Strip.Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Condo is a nice size for two people; whirlpool was great ; Big fridge and freezer combination was nice;. toaster is only a two slicer, kitchen utensils could use an upgrade;require an oven mitt, bed is very comfortable,mattress looks new, couch is a bit itchy. The third floor could be a problem for "older people" I would recommend this Condo.Had a great time.

Dont get your hopes up

The community was clean and does have a security guard for entry which is good. The actual condo was pretty outdated. The couch was older so had to put a towel over it to avoid a scratchy feeling. There is an apt sized washer/dryer that works well. Nice size tub/shower. The bed was HARD like a rock, so if you don't like hard beds you will not sleep comfortable. Nice patio to sit on in the morning. It was definitely "off" the strip. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Rio, since the unit is in the back of the community it will take about 5 minutes to get out and on the side walk. But to get to Las Vegas blvd, the actual strip it is about a 30-40 minute walk. We got it because we thought the location would have been ideal but it was not so we had to drive every day and find parking (which was not to bad) in order to enjoy the strip. There is a nice pool area. Not the greatest place but not the worst either. I think if the owner did a few updates I would have rated it higher.

beautiful grounds, awesome hot tub

Grounds beautiful manicured with plenty of parking at uint. Check in easy and felt safe with gated community. Condo was quiet and had pool and hot tub to yourselves during stay. Condo was extremely clean and while devorated . Although kitchen was small able to cook all meals for family of four and save money ( large fully stocked grocery store, Smith's, few blocks away). Able to walk from condo to strip was a plus. Two things that would make it easier would be map of grounds as was hard to find unit upon arrival and explanation of pool key fab in check in instructions. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends and family. Out of all parties in our group some had horrible stories from hotels but our stay was perfect.

This property is located on the 3rd floor, so be sure you are in good shape. Vegas is hot and traveling up and down the stairs can get a little tiring and warm, especially when taking all you luggage up and down. The condo itself was a nice size. Perfect for 2 people. We liked the covered patio. Even though the condo is right next to the freeway and railroad tracks, we were surprised how quite it was. If you like sleeping on a hard floor, this is the perfect bed for you. The mattress was even too hard even for my husband. He always complains the mattresses are too soft! The lock on the front door didn't seem to be functioning very well. This may be because the door doesn't fit securely in the door frame. You can see about a half an inch of light at night coming into the lower side of the door. However, we felt safe. There are a number of homeless people in tents on the other side of the parking lot, but they never bothered us. Our car and belongings were safe, because the condo has great security.

Close to the Strip

The condo is in a secure complex, with gated entry and exit. I was able to walk to the Strip, which took 35 minutes. You can also go to the Rio Hotel to catch the shuttle, which is about a 10 minute walk. The condo has all the standard items one needs for sleeping, bathing, and cooking. The unit was quiet and everything was in working order.

Great Location and Comfortable

24 hour manned friendly security made us feel safe while we were at the condo. It was only a short walk to the Rio where there is free shuttle service to the strip. The condo was clean, quiet, comfortable and offered us all we needed. The main swimming pool was closed but is being renovated and we were told it will be open soon. There is a large spa nearby. The only issue is that it is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We will stay here again. We will definitely
