Welcome to Casa pequeña or small house is nestled in the heart of Franklin Square, minutes from the Long Island Rail Road. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a chic modern decor with a minimalistic touch!

The attic livingroom boasts a generous 55-inch TV with complimentary Netflix, offering a spacious yet cozy atmosphere, a convenient full size sofa bed with extra blankets and linens. A designated reading area with a floor lamp to set the mood for a good book.! Casa pequeña offers a well packed kitchen with toaster, blender for a fresh fruit juice, Coffee machine, utensils, BRITA water filter, electric stove and complementary, Starbucks dark roast coffee and Decaf coffee! Also offer a dinning area with seating for four people creating the perfect setting for sharing cherished memories and stories over a meal after a day of sightseeing.

The bathroom is stocked with extra toilet paper, a hair dryer, towels, and even feminine products, just in case you've forgotten to pack them.

The two bedroom offers a queen size beds, blackout curtains, dresser, lamp and the first bedroom offer a TV with complementary Netflix service.

Please note that this is a second-floor unit, and guests will need to climb approximately twelve steps to access it. We kindly ask our guests to be considerate of the first floor guest residing in the unit below, ensuring a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere for everyone.
