Top notch service from start to finish! Our flight had a major delay causing us to miss our shuttle and water taxi. Gene was able to schedule everything for us and saved the day! The location is perfection, walking distance to everything but away from noise. Beds are comfy, views are amazing, and the pool is perfection. Met the owners on our last night and they were also fantastic. You donā€™t want to miss this place!

Beautiful property and great service

The property and staff were welcoming and accommodating. Great place to stay if you are looking for an off-beach location. Beautiful pool for relaxing.

This Place is a Treasure!

We absolutely loved our time here. They recently opened so don't be fooled by the lack of many reviews (December 2014). The rooms are just as advertised and the staff and owners are very nice and extremely helpful. We can't wait to come back!and extremely helpful.

Fantastic !

What a great spot. VERY clean. Comfy bed. New towels and linens. Very quiet location that was easy distance to the busier parts. The pool and grounds are gorgeous and we spent many hours just hanging out.

Caye Caulker Boutique Guest House is amazing! The location is perfect. It is a short walk or bike ride from everything, yet tucked away in a beautiful location. There is a dock a few steps away. The pool is very clean and refreshing. The apartment was spotless. There are bikes to rent. The AC worked great. Filtered drinking water was provided. The best part was the staff. They made us feel welcome and safe and were incredibly helpful and kind. Dean was attentive and a joy. Many thanks to the manager, Jean, for going above and beyond all of our expectations- you are a special and unique wonder.

A little island oasis!

We stayed in the two king full kitchen with living room unit. This place was fantastic. We had the entire upstairs with a wrap around deck. We started every morning on the deck over looking the pool and with a view of the ocean. We were able to drop our luggage before check in time so we could have lunch without worrying about our suitcases. The owners were onsite and extremely friendly. They take great pride in their boutique guest houses. Both bedrooms have AC that gets cold quickly and keeps you cool through the night. There isnā€™t AC in the kitchen and living room but itā€™s not needed because an excellent breeze blows through from the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils AND blender to make frozen concoctions at home. An unexpected added plus was the water dispenser outside the main door of the unit. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. It was a few blocks away from the activity so it was quite peaceful but close enough to walk anywhere in just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Oh the pool- itā€™s private for the guests staying there (7 units total) but we never saw more than 4 in it any time and several times we had the pool to ourselves. WiFi signal was strong and hubby was able to work several hours every morning with no issues accessing any of his companyā€™s systems. Do not hesitate to book this place because it will go fast!
