For those unfamiliar with this part of the Florida Panhandle, the beaches of 30A are known as the Emerald Coast because of the unique clear-to-turquoise waters and sugar-white sand of its beaches. It is also known for its natural beauty, the lack of high-rise condos and a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. Stay here, and bask in the sun on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Secluded on a private five-home street and yet right in the middle of all you could want, 'Dune With a View' is a six bedroom, five and a half bath gulf front home that is perfect for families and those looking to relax and enjoy the finest beaches located right outside your door!! Relax on one of two porches looking out over the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the best sunsets Florida has to offer from the porch outside your living area! We are located on a quiet, dead-end street- low density population- there are not many people on this beach. You will have lots of room to spread out. The stars are beautiful here- away from the lights of high rise condos.

Walk out the door and you are ready for fun!! Fish right from the beach, rent bikes, go for a swim, or raft in the waves. Or just wander along the beach and enjoy the view - it is up to you. Seaside is approximately 2 miles to the west where as Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are approximately 6 miles to the east, so there are several wonderful planned communities in close proximity.

This Northeast inspired cottage boasts approximately 4,000 square feet of living space. On the second floor, enjoy the open Kitchen, Dining and Living area with a flat screen TV while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking, has stainless steel appliances, separate ice machine and under counter refrigerator for beverages. The upstairs porch provides outdoor dining and ample seating. There are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms on this level. On the entry level you will find a laundry room, four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms; King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Bunkroom with Sleeper Sofa. The private pool and beach are just steps away. From behind the pool there is a gate that opens directly on the secluded path that takes you to the beach. There is also an outdoor shower and gas grill on the patio and plenty of Adirondack seating and bed swing for relaxing to the tranquil sounds of the ocean.

Direct flights available into Panama City Beach’s (ECP) new airport (only 20 minutes away) and Fort Walton Beach’s (VPS) airport (45 minutes away).

Reservation/ Booking Policy:
• A deposit is due at the time of booking as well as a refundable security deposit.
* Cleaning fees and taxes are in addition to base rate
* Saturday to Saturday Rental during summer season
• Except for a 10% cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 90 days prior to the arrival date.
• Balance of payment is due 90 days prior to arrival date.
* 4% Reservation Fee charged on all bookings.
