The Great Room also displays a futon, convertible into a sleep space for that “rare & occasional” extra guest. The Bathroom features a walk-in shower with fixed, and hand-held flow heads, as well as a hair dryer for your convenience. Fresh linens, complimentary toiletries, and plush towels await to soothe and comfort you during your stay along with a host of other surprise amenities. From our 2 monitored off-street parking spaces, you are just steps away from what Suite 111 has to offer. Accessible through the gated and private rear yard, you follow the paved walkway and patio towards your approach to wide walk-out steps leading you to Suite 111's private lower-level and well-lit entrance. If we have not left the door unlocked for you, access the key from the coded lock box, slide the screen door to the left, unlock and enter thru the French Doors into a welcoming, spacious and complete Kitchenette/Great Room Combo to the left and right. The Kitchenette contains the most updated built-in and countertop appliances, including microwave & dishwasher, an electric 2-burner cook plate, air fryer, electric skillet, blender and more. You will pass the breakfast bar which holds a variety of "on arrival" snacks/refreshments. Beyond the Kitchenette, the Hallway leads past a full-service Laundry Alcove and Bathroom on the left, complete with washer/dryer ironing equipment, as well as complimentary toiletries. The hallway terminates at Bedroom 1 that contains a queen-sized bed with all her accessories for your privacy. Enjoy the gentle breeze of the ceiling fan for your comfort and rest, if you desire. The nightstands hold reading lamps to cozy up to a good book, and USB connections to charge your mobile devices.
Opposite the Bedroom is the Study/Lounge which doubles as the 2nd sleep area. A full-sized pull-out sleep sofa with a comfortable mattress and a plush topper is provided to provide a good night's sleep for 2-adults. This room also provides similar accessories, plus an Insignia™ - 24" LED HD Smart Fire TV for your viewing pleasure. In addition, we provide a few books, boardgames, and a workstation with a small complement of office supplies to accomplish a work assignment, if required while traveling.
