A unique space on the 2nd floor on my home, 1 private bedroom, in shared apt.. room has 2 twin beds, plus (single folding guestbed for extra guest must be requested in advance, ) with TV, chair, Kitchen-microwave, Pub style table & chairs, full fridge in kitchen, cutlery, utensils. E-kettle, coffee maker. Small sitting area ** no real living room * * * linen, towels. **No laundry facilities**(laundromat is 1 block away) ,
6 mins walk to metro/ NYC subway, mins to Shopping mall *with over 100 shops, eateries.

I am sociable and enjoy interacting with my guests, however I also respect and understand my guests' need for privacy, and I allow them their space. I am available via text, phone/email , or in person if guests need any assistance or guidance

IF YOU PREFER TO TAKE A LOCAL TAXI IT'S A $8.00 RIDE FROM HOUSE. NYC TRAIN/METRO/SUBWAY IS A 5 MINUTES WALK FROM HOUSE OR 2 1/2 BLOCKS WALK TO SUBWAY STATION.
