Exactly what we needed! This rental was close to all the things we had on our itinerary. Check in was so easy, hosts were quickly responsive. Pet friendly was a wonderful addition. Overall stay was great and price was very reasonable considering all that was included. Thank you.

We had an overall great stay! Love that the location was pet friendly. The place was clean and for an older place they’ve tried to update it in places. The host was very easy to communicate with. I think they need to update their pictures to reflect the state that the pool is in now though.

When it said patriot park was a one mile walk I was so excited as this is the area we wanted…but there is nothing walkable from this unit. There is overgrown brush all along the road, and no sidewalk so you would have to walk in the middle of the road and take a risk of being hit by a car if you wanted to walk anywhere. And they need a system for knowing what cars belong to each unit, as we had issues with “neighbors” always taking our spot and another renter totally blocking access to 5 spots:/ This particular unit we stayed in was old, needs new showers, floors need to be mopped, and would be nice to have a rug inside the door to wipe your feet. Host was good to work with, just would choose another place to stay next time.

Our host was very communicative and responded to all questions very quickly. The location was perfect for enjoying the pigeon forge and gatlinburg area. We would definitely stay again.

Yes pet friendly, clean, quiet, and so close to so many attractions. Only thing I would change would be a decent coffee pot. Ice cube trays in the freezer other than that everything was very nice.

The property was well kept and clean. The kitchen had most of what you'd need except a full coffee pot which is a must for a full family. The house could use some night lights for kids. The proximity ton Dollywood was great and pool was appreciated (not heated) overall a great experience!

It was spacious with a great outdoor space, though knowing where to get firewood would have been helpful. The communication with host was quick and helpful. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. The place was clean and orderly, and the pool was a great relaxing place to swim in after a long day of adventuring.

So close to Dollywood and had all the space and amenities we needed! My pup and I even met the resident bear who was “beary” well behaved!

The location of this townhouse is outstanding! We’ll definitely stay there again. The property is older, so has a very tired appearance. We loved it being pet friendly!

Really close to the strip, nice host, pet friendly, pool, only have 1 parking spot available per unit I didn’t like that due to having two vehicles. Place was okay for the price needs a really good cleaning. One of the bunk beds was broken upon arrival but made due with the others.

Just know that the pool & hot tub were closed during our stay on Spring break. (The main reason for selecting this place was so our kids could swim.) Host offered a minimal refund (15%) which we never received.

The ac unit was not working upstairs and the water was off on the second day. After speaking with customer service for almost 48 hours we finally got ac units for the upstairs at 10pm at night and we were checking out in the morning. The customer service was a nightmare and did not understand or comment at all clearly.

We took a long weekend with our kids. Its hard to find time with 3 of them in college. There were eight of us and we had more than enough room. The host was quick to return messages when we had questions. The older kids did encounter a bear the first night there. They were about 15 minutes ahead of us. The neighbor was outside his door warning them of the bear. We did not see them the rest of the trip. The place was clean. Great location.

Stayed 6 nights with my family. I was comfortable and happy i decided to stay here. Lots of room and 3 bathrooms was great. This rental had everything i needed. Very helpful, kind and courteous staff. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to others. Great location. Close to everything. Was a great getaway. Thank you for having us!

This property’s location is ideal if you're planning a trip to Dollywood. The communication and booking process were smooth and easy, which we really appreciated.Just a little constructive feedback on the overall condo: It could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint and replacing the carpet on the stairs, which might help with a lingering stale smoke smell. We also noticed a few areas where the cleaning could be improved...such as a moldy shower curtain....and it may be worth having pest control spray or adding some deterrents, as we saw a few bugs.With a bit of extra attention, this place could be a fantastic stay all around!

This property was perfect for our stay! We were there to enjoy the sights, including Dollywood. The host was very attentive and responded to messages very fast. I was very impressed with this experience and will definitely book this location again. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the back patio and saw 4 baby doe walking by. I also got to experience the visit of the black bear! Another visitor coaxed it back into the woods, but I was able to get a great picture! I have 2 small dogs and they loved this place too. Being a pet friendly rental, I was pleased that you could not even tell that pets have even stayed there. No odors or pet stain damage anywhere. The pictures are true to what the place looks like. Also, just to clarify that Dollywood is about a 10 minute drive. The website states that it is a 9 minute walk, which is not true. You can walk there I guess, but it will take you alot more than 9 minutes. Thanks Samuel for being an outstanding host!

The bedrooms had many large flying bugs, including dead bugs on the beds. The beds were not completely made. The kitchen appliances functioned poorly or not at all. The windows were very dirty. The balcony was dirty. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. There was no dishwasher detergent. The bathroom fan in the master bedroom sounded like a jet plane taking off. The property has much potential put the quality of equipment and maintenance of property was inadequate.
