Coastal Charm is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat with a bonus bunk area, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Located in a quiet Seagrove neighborhood, this home offers the comfort of a cottage-style retreat with the convenience of being just a short walk from the beautiful emerald waters and sugar-white sands of the Gulf. The fully fenced yard, heated and chilled pool, and relaxed coastal atmosphere make it the perfect spot for families or groups looking to enjoy all the best that 30A has to offer.

Start your mornings on the front deck, sipping coffee while surrounded by the peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood. Inside, large windows bring in an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. The living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, providing a cozy space for movie nights after a day at the beach or by the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare home-cooked meals, with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and full-sized appliances. The adjacent dining area offers seating for four, with an additional breakfast bar for casual dining or a quick snack. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience during longer stays.

Four bikes are also available, allowing you to explore the neighborhood, visit nearby Seaside or WaterColor, or enjoy the local bike trails.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
