*Guest must also complete a background check ($150) through HOA.

*Membership transfer is optional.

*If you would like to include membership transfer, it is part of the rental application and we will process the $500 transfer fee through Vrbo.

*HOA requests application at least 30 days prior to reservation date. There is a rush fee of $150 for any applications with less than 30 days' notice.

**Due to the timeline for HOA approval, if a guest does not complete the rental application within the time given, your booking will be cancelled.

**In the unlikely event that your application is not approved by HOA, your booking will be cancelled.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, along with the nearby community pool, hot tub and walking trails. If you choose, the Cypress Woods Club membership can be added to your reservation and provides full access to the community’s exclusive amenities, including the Clubhouse Pool complex, Fitness Center, 18-hole Golf Course, driving range, Pickleball, Tennis, and Bocce Ball courts, Clubhouse restaurant and bar, along with community events and activities.

- Minimum 30-day stay per Rental Application

- Guests can choose to stay without Membership Transfer to access entire condo, heated community pool and hot tub, and walking trails

- Membership Transfer is required for access to all other amenities
