Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, plus a cozy living area with a Smart TV and streaming access. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and an off-street parking spot to keep getting around Charlotte simple.

The home is professionally cleaned between stays and thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels, sheets, blankets, and starter bathroom and kitchen supplies. You’ll also have a coffee maker, hair dryer, vacuum, iron, and ironing board—so you can settle in right away.

Self check-in is easy and secure with a Yale Smart Lock. You’ll receive a personal entry code for the duration of your stay, with no keys to pick up, lose, or return.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $45 for each pet. Please tell us what type of pet you’re bringing when you book so we can add the fee to your stay.

Please note: the apartment is not baby-proofed and may not be ideal for families with very small children, though children are welcome at your discretion.

During your stay, owners and support staff are available by message and can generally respond or dispatch support within a reasonable time. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional charge of $160 per cleaning.

Seversville is just west of Charlotte’s central business district, offering convenient access to green spaces, community amenities, public transportation, major roads, and Charlotte Douglas International Airport (about 10 minutes away).

Each unit includes one allotted parking spot. This is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is permitted outdoors only, and guests are asked to clean up after themselves.

Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Long term tenants live on the property. Please respect parking rules and others.
