#307's 3rd Floor location offers views galore from the screened deck. This privately owned and managed 1,000 sq ft condo has TWO King beds and two full baths. A large well appointed Kitchen with breakfast bar and spacious Great Room make this a comfortable place to relax and spend your vacation. Amenities include full size washer & dryer, free wireless, split master plan, TV's in each room. We provide basic necessities to get you started in this self-serve vacation rental. (paper products; hand, dish & laundry soap, etc). Daily maid service is not provided. Escape to the Coast, eat fresh oysters, enjoy the small town atmosphere and friendly people, meet your fishing guide at the dock! This condo is located at the Water Street Hotel with access to the community pool and exercise room. Dock space is for rent through the front desk on a first come basis. This property does not allow pets or animals of any kind. We do have other properties available for you to enjoy with your fur children so please allow us to help you choose the property that best fits your needs. Holiday's and Events such as Florida Seafood Festival will require a 3 night minimum.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch was beautiful and peaceful. The location is great - quiet, but still close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

It was nice but dated and dark with poor lighting. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were not equipped with a safety bar to exit the shower and there was no tub mat on the floor. The owner needs to make several updates concerning the lighting, electrical switch in the kitchen and overall senior safety grab bar.

Walking distance to everything!

Great location, I was greated by dolpins and pelicans each morning while I had coffee on the screened balcony. Pool area with grill was very relaxing. Lots of fun activities within walking distance.

Nice stay

The property is well located with easy walk to local restaurants and businesses. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the quite private outdoor area in spite of some cool weather.

Great views! Great location!

We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others. Condo had all we needed and beds were very comfortable. But what made it were the great views! We loved watching the recreational boats and fishing boats go in and out and saw some manatees as well. Great sunrises. Very convenient to fun places in Apalachicola.

Great condo, great location

This property is wonderful, comfortable and beautiful. The screened deck looks right over the river with the marina below. There was only the two of us but this would be comfortable for two couples. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful condo, immaculate, had everything we needed. Realtor very efficient and helpful. Ate right down the street at Up the Creek, rented kayaks from Maritime Museum, very inexpensive. Love the area.

Great view and fun stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The screened porch and the view was great! The elevator broke down on the second day but otherwise a good stay. The cats were a bonus according to my wife. We really liked the Half Shell and The Station for hanging out in the area.

Excellent Condo With Beautiful View

This is the second year that we have rented this condo. It is super-well appointed and within walking distance of anything that you would want to do in Apalachicola. The condo was very clean when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book it again next year!!

A beautiful condo. I agree the pictures do not do it justice. We loved the quaint town of Apalachicola and enjoyed our stay very much. The drive over to St. George Island was easy and the beaches are beautiful. We loved it.

Excellent place to stay!

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights for our anniversary getaway. Appalachicola is amazing and we watched the shrimp boats come and go from the screened in porch. Up the Creek Raw Bar is less than a block away, but everything you want is in walking distance. St George Island is a short drive away so we would go there to do the beach thing. Eddie Teaches has 7$ oysters by the dozen every week day from 4:30-5:30 (?) on the island by the way! Highly recommend this property and location. Kathy is a very accommodating host too!

Rainy and foggy weather did not dampen our stay!

Hands down one of the best mini-vacations we've experienced. This condo brings the comforts of home with a spectacular view of Scipio Creek and the Apalachicola River. Apalachicola is a gem of a town with restaurants serving local seafood and curiosities abound in the gift shops. Everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly. The fog added quite the atmosphere but lifted on our last morning to a beautiful sunrise. Rain or shine this destination will not be forgotten.

We have been visiting Apalach for several years. We stayed in this condo last year and this year, we will continue to stay here if we return. The setting and view is breathtaking. It is well equipped and well furnished and is always very clean. It has always been stocked with the essentials we need. The manager is always available and helpful. It's an easy walk to town.

Non-Event Weekend with Book Author

A group of early (BETA) book readers for well known recognized Author, Cap Daniels, met together for friendship. Time spent with Author understanding better book character and his writing methodology. This suite and on water setting was nice meeting area for casual conversation.

Great spot on the water

We enjoyed our weekend in Apalach and plan to use this place again. We traveled with a toddler and like most rentals, it’s not child proofed, lol. We are looking for ways to travel with our granddaughter. It wasn’t advertised as such so not a knock at all. The view over the water was great. Screened in balcony was a welcome surprise. We rented a golf cart and everything was fairly close. Looking forward to our next trip.

Great spot Close to town Plumming has some issues, tub drain is terrible, sink drain is terrible, warter pressure is way terrible. Tiles in the tub back wall are loose and has a mold looking issue at the tub. Other than that it was a great place Little more attention to the small details if i could recomend.
