Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, this home makes an ideal getaway for families, friends, or small groups. With large windows offering stunning river views, the open-concept living area is perfect for both relaxation and socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals together. Each of the four cozy bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind, including plush bedding and plenty of natural light. The bedroom on the main floor features a king-size bed with remote capability to sit upright in bed and an en-suite bathroom with safety bars by the toilet and in the walk-in shower. Place was awesome! Located on river. Fishing was good. Host was very helpful even let us check in early house was plenty big we each had a room to ourselves. Plenty of stuff to do close in Creede. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful views of river and mountains. House was perfect for grandparents downstairs and grandkids family in the 3 upstairs rooms. Parents appreciated the master with bath upstairs. Host are wonderful for all needs/questions. Great to have the game table so dining table is freed up for use. Our new place to stay every year

This is an older home and not glamorous or filled with high-end finishes and does show some wear. However, it was very comfortable and filled our needs perfectly. There were four of us and we each had our own bedroom which was super convenient. Plenty of towels, good heat, decent beds. Big, open great room facing the river which was very nice and had a fun gaming table. The kitchen was well stocked and that was appreciated because one of our party was a chef and did a lot of cooking. The location right on the Rio Grande was really beautiful and the view from the big deck off the great room was absolutely stunning and worth the price of admission. Only complaint was the tiny coffee pot which the owners apologized for, but was quite annoying nonetheless. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much. The house is close to downtown Creede and therefore very convenient. Allana and Cody were very responsive to any questions we had and were extremely nice.

This is an older house in a quiet neighborhood. It is a good space for a large group. Loved the deck and being on the river. Location good for restaurants and theater. Responsive host. The beds are good but the sheets could be upgraded. There should be a chair in the bedrooms. Plenty of hot water. There were not enough bath towels and no place to hang a hand towel near the bathroom sinks. General cleanliness OK with a few dust bunnies. Since we were not planning to cook it was OK that there is no BBQ grill. Otherwise, it would have been a deal breaker. Because we didn’t cook, I can’t say how well equipped the kitchen is other than there are not enough coffee cups and the tiny coffee maker is hilarious! There is no ice maker.There are a few maintenance issues. Some of the game table chairs need attention, some of the upstairs windows were difficult to operate. The main reason for only 4 stars is the inattention to the front yard. Our first impression was not a good one.
