The living room is equipped with a full sized sofa, queen sized air mattress for up to two additional guests, and a 50" smart TV! Cook anything you can think of in the fully stocked kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave, air fryer and instant pot. This condo has an in unit full size washer and dryer, central heat/AC, and high speed wireless internet! There are front and back patios as well as outdoor furniture for your use. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, but you may smoke outside (please keep doors to the condo closed) as long as the guest cleans up any butts or debris. Parking is free and directly out side of the unit!

This condo is conveniently located to highway 501 (10 minutes or less to the beach) and highway 31, so you can easily get anywhere around the Grand Strand.
