Escape to this comfortable 1-bedroom condo w/garage, located just a short walk to the Beach. Embrace the serene, lush surroundings and unwind in this beautiful retreat.
Choose to relax at the ocean by taking a short stroll through the private entrance and onto the expansive pristine beach!
Enjoy the community amenities such as the large heated pool, pickleball courts, workout room, pool table, and sauna along with 14 tropical acres! The condo has WiFi, a large washer/dryer and a big screen TV. We also feature a well-equipped kitchen. Included are linens, bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs.
Lively Vero Beach includes restaurants, boutiques, live music, an art museum, Farmer’s Market and the largest production theater in Florida! Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge is minutes away as is the beautiful famous 7+ mile Bike/walking "Jungle Trail." Maybe choose to spend a day at Sebastian Inlet Park where you can spot dolphins and manatee. Fishing is a favorite pastime in the area. The thrift consignment stores are aplenty and second to none. You can choose to end your day with a dinner and cocktail at Disney Vero Resort right across the street. The list could go on and on....
There is so much to enjoy at Vero Beach and our condo is the perfect place to call “home” while you are there. We look forward to hosting you at our beautiful beach “Cottage Condo.”

Rentals are on a minimum of one calendar month. Prices will vary based on season.
You will need to fill-in a one-page application form upon booking (with a $100 application fee). This is not our fee but the HOA Policy. It is a very simple form to fill out once you have booked your dates.

Mike and Renee have hosted another beach property for several years... but the first time we drove through Vero Beach we knew we would love to have our winter retreat in this special place. We were so lucky to find the perfect place for us with our sweet one bedroom, one level living "cottage condo". The HOA allows us to rent the property one month at a time, which is unusual on the island at Vero. But we really love to share our place with others while we are back up North in Pittsburgh. This way our condo is loved and creates so many memories for us and everyone who stays here.

Delightfully charming! Miles of pristine beaches. Beautiful tree lined streets. With the ordinance that does not allow high-rises in the area, Vero Beach has maintained a wonderful feeling of a bygone era. Old Florida. Laidback. Less traffic means less hassle, which in turn means less stress. There is live music. A dynamic art scene. Farmers markets. Parks for the kids. Diverse restaurants!
Bike trails. Many community activities. Wildlife preserves. Great public parks.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
This delightful condo with one floor living is so convenient! Not only is there room to spread out to enjoy a private corner to read a book in the quiet sunroom or a meal in the lovely sunlit front “morning room”, the convenience of no stairs to enter the home nor to go to the master bedroom is highly desirable. Included in the condo is a large washer and dryer along with a fully equipped kitchen including: a Keurig, coffee pot, microwave, stove, full refrigerator, and crock pot along with all the pots, pans and dishes you will need. The entire condo is cozy and comfortable adding to your vacation’s enjoyment.
