Second floor unit in a Luxurious Villa, at the Bennett Estate. It is located within a short walking distance to Sidari resort where you can have access to everything!
There are 2 one-bedroom units available for seasonal rental at the Bennett Estate. Each unit 55 Sq. M + 15 Sq. M. of balconies and accommodate up to 3 people! In one unit there are 2 twin beds and on the other a queen size bed. The large sofa in the living room opens to a queen size bed. The kitchen, dining area and living room area are a part of a large room with each having its own space. The units have everything someone needs for a comfortable stay, from umbrella, and flash light to toothpicks! Access to Wi-Fi, and advanced TV cable service. There is a 32-inch TV, a DVD player in the main area. Other items available are a hair dryer, iron and iron board, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven. If the family travels with a baby, we can provide a crib, feeding chair, small bathtub, and a toilet seat. Towels are provided daily. We also provide beach towels and housekeeping service are provided. In addition, there are available board games, coloring books, water floats, and puzzles.

Wonderful people and a wonderful apartment!

We loved the warm, friendly and wilco attitude of both Effie and John - nothing was too much and their approach and advice enabled us to have a fabulous adventurous but relaxing holiday. They bent over backwards to accommodate us in their lovely apartment. Thanks for a great stay!

The place is magnificent, the structure is excellent in everything, cleanliness, comfort and all the comforts of a personal home. Effi and John, two wonderful people, a convenient location for all travellers, it should be better marked both on the map and at the entrance to the structure, but For the rest, truly exceptional, thank you recommended !!!!!

The apartment was quite spacious, well equipped and very clean, the surrounding garden & exterior were well maintained. Effie welcomed us on arrival & showed us around ,she also supplied fresh towels every day & emptied the bin. We had fresh eggs, wine , fruit and biscuits left & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The mosquito screens on the doors & windows meant we had a good nights sleep. +

Great residence and vacation.

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by our very nice hosts Effie and John. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a vacation. Effie and John also fulfilled extra requests such as a parasol or washing clothes. The pool in the neighboring hotel is a real bonus, which you can use for free. Our hosts were very nice, attentive and helpful. Even the garbage was emptied daily and there were fresh towels every 2-3 days. They were also available for some nice chats and had some recommendations for us. All in all, we really liked our visit in the villa and would go there again at any time if our path takes us to Corfu again. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Great hosts ! Great holiday!

My wife and I had a fantastic holiday with our two daughters here. Effie and John are fantastic hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed and more! We stayed in one of the one bed apartments which was very well equipped and spacious. The standard of cleanliness was very high with Effie or John coming in every day with fresh towels and keeping it clean and tidy. The pool just across the road at the San George is very close and is fantastic. Staff there also very good and they sell reasonably priced drinks snacks and meals. Some very good tavernas a short walk away on the way in to Sidari. Beaches also not too far to walk to. We liked breaking the journey up with drinks and snacks at tavernas or dipping in pools with snack bars on the way! Would recommend this to anyone as Effie and John really looked after us. We hope to go back in the not to distant future!

Brilliant Holiday

Had a great time at the Bennett Estate. Effie was great, she picked us up from the Airport & dropped us back. She took us to the Supermarket anytime we wanted to go. She also took us to the Sunset Restaurant, the best place to watch the sun go down & have a great meal. Nothing is to much trouble for her. We stayed on the top apartment with a large Queen Anne Bed, the place is really home from home, with 2 balconies. It spotlessly clean, Effie changed the towels, bedding & beach towels any time we wanted. She left water, wine & fruit on our arrival & recommended places to eat & visit. Sidari is a lovely place to visit, plenty to do & loads of restaurants & bars. Most meals were around 8-9 euros, so cheap. I recommend a trip to Corfu Town in the evening, stunning place to visit. Once again thank you to Effie for making our visit so memorable & loved the great evening we spent with her on her balcony, the best host ever.x

If I were to choose just one word to describe John and Patricia would be, "Dignified." They are the kind of people you would like to have as neighbors and friends. I feel Blessed that I met them and most certaintly I hope that we will see them again. Perfect!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Bennett Estate for 2 weeks this summer and had a wonderful time. The Estate is beautiful and our apartment was perfect for our needs as a family of 4. The apartment far surpassed any other accommodation we have stayed in in Greece and is well equipped with everything you could need. What makes the accommodation really special though is the care and attention provided by the owners Effie and John, who truly care that you have a lovely holiday. Upon our arrival the arrival the apartment was stocked with wine, juice, water and fresh fruit, as well as toiletries. Fresh towels were provided daily and the bed linen changed frequently. Effie and John could not do enough to ensure we had a wonderful holiday - although there are supermarkets nearby, they kept our water supply stocked up, Effie drove us to a recommended restaurant with amazing sunset views and even did some laundry for us during out stay. Our daughters were also very touched to receive small leaving gifts! The estate is within easy walking distance of beaches, tavernas and restaurants - both in the busier area of Sidari and the quieter Canal D'Amour area. We used the pool opposite the estate every day and were always made to feel very welcome. Overall a wonderful place to holiday, made even more special by the hosts. Thank you Effie and John x

Beautiful property, well located, spotlessly clean

I would highly recommend the Bennett Estate for its high quality accommodation. Effie was the most amazing host in what was a great apartment. Effie responded to emails quickly and when we met her on arrival she was delightful and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment was well stocked with beach towels, toiletries and essentials in the kitchen. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The apartment has all mod-cons - far better than anything we have in any of the many apartments we have rented in Greece. Effie took us in her car to the main supermarket so that we were able to stock up on heavy items like bottles of water but there is a small supermarket about 3 minutes walk away which we also used. She recommended local restaurants and even drove us to one of them so that we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset. Immediately opposite the estate you have use of the large swimming pool at the Hotel San George which makes a nice change from the beach. You can also eat at the hotel if you choose not to cook. In the local area you can choose from the busy side of Sidari with its shops, bars and restaurants and long beaches or there is the quieter side of Canal d'Amour with its lovely beach and facilities or the small beach - and our favourite - Apotripiti (no facilities). All beaches are within easy walking distance from the estate and on this side you will find quieter restaurants and a very well stocked supermarket by Apotripiti. The beaches are lovely and safe for children as the water is shallow for a long way out. The apartment is about 40 minutes drive from Corfu airport. We had a great holiday and would recommend the estate highly. You have everything you need and can choose from a lively holiday or a quieter one whether you travel as adults only or with children. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect Vacation! Perfect Accomodations!

I have been friends with the Bennett’s for the past 30 years and have been to the Bennett Estate on two occasions. The first time I visited the estate was in 2005 with my teenage son. We stayed in one of the twin units on the top floor. The unit was very spacious and can accommodate up to four people comfortably. In addition, the unit has a big balcony off the main living space, as well as, another spacious one off of the bedroom. Last year, I stayed at the Bennett Estate for their daughter’s wedding. I stayed in the guest unit which was very spacious and can accommodate up to six people. This guest unit did not have a balcony. You have to walk up six steps on marble staircase to a very nice large patio. The main floor of the estate, where the owner’s usually stay, can also be used for a seasonal rental. This unit is the most luxurious of all the units. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 of which have a whirlpool tub, beautiful kitchen, with granite countertops, spacious dining room, and a living room with state of the art marble, fireplace. The main veranda is large enough to entertain 100 + guests. . All of the units in the Estate are lovely and they have everything one needs to be comfortable. Amenities include a microwave oven, iron, ironing board, flashlights, toothpicks, and spices and much more. Everything one needs for a comfortable stay and an enjoyable vacation. What make this villa even more unforgettable are its gardens. It consists of approximately thirty different kinds of fruit trees. These trees include lemon, fig, banana, kiwi, chestnut, cherry, etc. The rose garden consists of over sixty rose bushes all of different colors. There are benches and seating available in the garden area if you would like to have cup coffee or a glass of wine outdoors. The lighting all over the property and the gardens adds to its overall beauty. There is a huge pool available across the street from the Estate, as well as, a bar. Another advantage of the Bennett Estate is the fact that it is located at the edge of the resort of Sidari within walking distance to the beach, bars, and nightlife. It is hard to imagine a more clean or beautiful place with more gracious hosts than John & Effie. If I could sum up with one word the quality of the accommodations in the Bennett Estate it would be exquisite.

Eccellente! Ottima posizione per girare la parte nord dell'isola. Wonderful Efthia!!!

La casa è molto spaziosa e graziosa. Siamo stati in 4. Grazie alle attenzioni di Efthia vi sentirete come a casa vostra, oltre alla pulizia eccezionale non vi farà mancare nulla di cui possiate avere bisogno. Alle nostre 2 bambine ha fatto anche dei regalini prima della partenza. La casa è posizionata poco distante dal centro di Sidari e in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere le spiagge più belle della costa nord est/ovest. Da non perdere il tramonto alla Logas Beach. Efthia parla solo inglese e greco ma adora gli italiani e la comunicazione nn sarà un problema. Ideale per un soggiorno eccezzionale a Corfù. Wonderful stay in the Bennett Estate! Efthia helps you to feel at home. Very clean and accessoried house. Not so far from Sidari you can reach all the most beautiful beaches of the North Coast. Amazing sunset at the Logas Beach.

Excellent ! Très beau logement et accueil très agréable de la propriétaire.

Nous avons loué 10 jours un appartement pour 4 personnes (parents et nos enfants de 15 et 18 ans). La maison est magnifique, avec par exemple des escaliers en marbre pour accéder à notre logement. Très bel appartement, climatisé, avec deux balcons/terrasses, d'une grande propreté. Vue sur la campagne. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire, Effie, très gentille, prévenante, aux petits soins pour que tout se passe bien. A l'arrivée, il y a déjà des petites choses dans le réfrigérateur; draps et serviettes changés plusieurs fois dans la semaine. Effie nous dépose quelques légumes ou des œufs si l'on souhaite dans la journée. La maison a l'avantage d'être un peu à l'extérieur de Sidari ce que nous avons apprécié pour bien dormir (Sidari est une sympathique station familiale mais il y a beaucoup de bars et restaurants dans la rue principale : mieux vaut ne pas y avoir directement un logement, à notre sens). Mais on se rend à Sidari à pied; des petits commerces à proximité. A noter, que la piscine de l'hôtel situé de l'autre côté de la route est accessible gratuitement depuis l'appartement. Il faut compter 45 min en voiture pour se rendre à la ville de Corfou. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour là-bas.
