* Trash must be disposed of daily according to collection days to
maintain a clean home.
* Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver online purchases directly to the
property. Packages sent via USPS may be returned.
* Additional charges may apply if the property requires extra
cleaning or repairs due to non-compliance with house rules.
