We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors. When leaving the house please keep doors&windows locked and all electronic devices turned off.

Home Truths
- The hammam&sauna are currently inactive
- The house does not have an elevator.
- There is no A/C but portable fans are available upon request.
- The toilet and shower are in separate sections of the house.
- Luggage keeping service is not provided
- No water tank or generator; temporary impact possible during outages
- The sofa can be converted into a bed

Penalties for Violations
-Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD
-A surcharge of $50 USD will apply for locksmith services if keys are lost or forgotten in the unit or behind the lock
-Lost keys and keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service fee of 150USD

Optional Offerings
- A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD
-A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD
-Airport transfers are available at an additional cost
