The home spans three spacious levels, making it ideal for families or groups. On the entry level, you’ll find two guest bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first guest bedroom, just off the entryway, has a king bed and is bright and spacious, though it does not include a TV or en-suite bath. Down the hallway, there’s a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. The second guest bedroom is set up with a twin-over-double bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk—great for kids or extra guests.

The primary suite is also on the entry level and features a king bed, two closets, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass and tile shower, marble countertops, and a single sink. This room does not have a TV but offers a restful retreat with plenty of space.

Head upstairs to the main living area, where vaulted ceilings and large windows bring in sunlight and sweeping mountain views. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a center island for easy meal prep, and opens to the dining and living areas. The dining table seats six, and the cozy living room feature a flatscreen TV and a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for après-ski evenings!

Continue up one more level to find the fourth bedroom, which includes a queen bed and a simple desk—ideal for remote work or reading. This level also has a guest bathroom with a modern glass and tile shower, though it’s not en-suite to the bedroom.

There is a front patio area available for summer and fall use. You’ll also enjoy easy access to the Booth Creek Trailhead, just a short walk from the front door. Whether you’re coming to ski, hike, or simply unwind, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and location to make your stay in Vail unforgettable!

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

*There are two very steep driveways to access this property, that may get icy during winter. Proper tires are required! AWD is highly recommended!.
*There are several stairs and long path to get up to the unit and no elevator available.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firewood is not provided.
