Welcome aboard our 2014 Lagoon 52 catamaran, permanently docked at The Perry Hotel & Marina in Key West.

This is a DOCKSIDE-ONLY stay that combines life on the water with access to a full-service marina and resort. Guests who enjoy boats, marinas, waterfront views, and unique accommodations tend to love it. Guests expecting a traditional hotel room or resort suite should understand that this is a real vessel with real marine systems and marine limitations.

This is not a hotel room.

This is a real boat, docked in a working marina.

The vessel has air conditioning, but it is a marine AC system and depends on shore power, marina infrastructure, and onboard systems operating properly.

Boat systems can occasionally be quirky or temporarily interrupted.

The marina and hotel amenities are an important part of the stay.

THE SETTING

The vessel remains stationary at the dock for the entire duration of your stay. It does not leave the dock under any circumstances.

You will enjoy waterfront views, marina activity, ocean breezes, and convenient access to The Perry Hotel & Marina amenities.

CABINS & LAYOUT

The vessel has six cabins total, with three cabins in each hull.

Port Side:

Bow Cabin: Double bed
Midship Cabin: Bunk beds, best for children or additional guests
Stern Cabin: Double bed with external-only access

Starboard Side:

Bow Cabin: Double bed
Midship Cabin: Double bed
Stern Cabin: Double bed with external-only access

Storage is limited, as expected on a vessel, but the layout is functional for a dockside stay.

GALLEY & ONBOARD FEATURES

The vessel is connected to shore power and water when systems are functioning.

The kitchen includes:

Electric oven and cooktop
Cookware, utensils, and dishes
Refrigeration and coolers

Due to marine space constraints, some items may be stored under seating or bunks.

Important: There is a BBQ on board, but it is not available for guest use.

AIR CONDITIONING

The vessel now has air conditioning.

Please understand that this is marine air conditioning, not a hotel HVAC system. It depends on shore power, marina connections, seawater cooling, and onboard marine equipment. While the AC is intended to be available during your stay, temporary interruptions, reduced cooling performance, or maintenance needs can occur.

Key West can be hot and humid, especially in the summer. Guests who require guaranteed, uninterrupted, hotel-style climate control should book a traditional hotel instead.

Guests have access to The Perry Hotel & Marina amenities, including:

Guests should be comfortable with a boat environment, compact spaces, marine toilets, dock access, and the realities of staying aboard a vessel.
