Our home is located right in front of the clubhouse!

Owner's Suite - 1 King bed (suite with double sinks and a walk-in shower)
Bedroom 3 - Mickey Mouse Themed: 2 Twin beds (suite with walk-in shower and a sink)
Bedroom 4 - Frozen Themed: 1 Twin bunk beds (shared bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub with shower)
Bedroom 5 - 1 Queen bed (shared bathroom)

Resort Amenities:
Resort-style pool with lazy river, mini golf, splash pad, tiki bar, clubhouse, and volleyball court; fully equipped fitness center; gated community with 24/7 security.

Guest Information:
Housekeeping: Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Optional daily or mid-stay service available upon request (extra fee).

Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance  with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments.

Trash Disposal: Please use 13-gallon bags and place trash in the bin by the front door on collection days to keep the home tidy.

Parking: The indoor garage is not accessible to guests. Feel free to use the driveway and the visitor parking spaces available throughout the community.
*Please note that this resort allows only 4 CARS PER STAY.

Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided.

Starter Supplies: We provide starter supplies only, intended for the beginning of your stay. Additional items must be purchased by the guest as needed.
Full Bathrooms:
• One bar of soap
• 1 oz (30 ml) bottles (2-in-1 shampoo & conditioner), provided in approximate quantities based on the number of guests
• Two toilet paper rolls
• One small trash bag
Half Bathroom:
• One bar of soap
• Two toilet paper rolls

Kitchen:
• Two paper towel rolls
• Two extra 13-gallon trash bags
• Dish soap, two dishwasher pods, and one sponge

Starter supplies are limited and will not be replenished during the stay. Any additional quantities must be purchased by the guest at a nearby store.

Kitchen Amenities: Regular Coffee Machine, Toaster, Ninja Air Fryer, Ninja Blender, Kettle, Nespresso Vertuo Machine (coffee pods not provided).

Extra fees apply for BBQ use ($75 one-time) and pool heating ($50 per night, 3-night minimum)
