To comply with legal requirements and ensure the security of our property, guest verification is required before your stay. This process may involve submitting a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, completing verification through our portal, and, in some cases, undergoing a background check. Rest assured, this information is used solely for screening purposes and is neither stored nor used for any other reason.



Additionally, all guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. This includes accepting our rental policies, providing a valid ID before check-in, completing the verification portal, and undergoing a background check if necessary to receive check-in instructions.



Guests must complete the verification process within 24 hours of booking or within 1 hour for same-day reservations. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the cancellation of the booking. For security purposes, hallway surveillance cameras are in place, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.



A $49 damage protection fee is included per reservation and covers up to $150 in accidental damage.
