This property is perfectly situated near the outdoor pool and parking. The front porch is perfect for relaxing and watching life go by on the quiet street and sidewalk. It is only a 1 -2 minute walk to the beach or indoor pool. One of the several patios with tables and gas grills is located just a few doors down. This patio does not get much use so you can nearly think of it as your own!

Lighthouse Cove is a mixed-use property consisting of vacation rentals, permanent residents and second homes. The neighborhood is just a few blocks from Wisconsin Dells Parkway but that is enough for it to be a quiet area. • Minimum Age. You must be 21 years of age or older to rent this property • Right to Evict. We reserve the right to evict immediately, and without warning, anyone who has broken a rule or caused a disturbance • Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party, set forth above, may not stay overnight in the condo. Visitors beyond the maximum occupancy are not permitted. • NO SMOKING • Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited 4 • Parking. Guests may park only ONE vehicle building-side in designated Lighthouse Cove parking areas. Boats/trailers and additional vehicles may be parked in the boat/trailer parking area. • Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS • Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub. • Pool Areas. At no time may glass containers be used, stored or carried into the pool room or into the fenced outdoor pool area. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool and spa areas. All diving and running in pool and spa areas is prohibited. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones. • Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property. No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony. • Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over the railings. • Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities. • Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper • Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife • Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put in common area cans such as the one by the grills.
