⸻ Dear Corry, Thank you for your feedback. I must admit I was quite surprised by your review, especially since throughout your stay, everything seemed to be going well. I checked in with you and your husband several times, and you both always said things were great. You even hugged me when you left, which I took as a warm sign of appreciation. As for the location, we are clearly listed on Google Maps and are 6–7 minutes from Seven Mile Beach by car — many other guests have confirmed this. I’m not sure where the 20–30 minutes figure came from. Regarding the bathroom door, the layout of the unit places the bathroom at the back, away from common areas, and we hadn’t previously received concerns about privacy. That said, I appreciate the feedback and we’re now considering adding a door. As for the bed and AC, we’ve had other guests on various platforms stay recently without any complaints. The AC is functional, and we regularly maintain it. Lastly, I’m truly sorry if your experience wasn’t what you expected. We always strive to improve and will take your comments into consideration. I just hope that future guests also see the many efforts we’ve made — including investing heavily in outdoor features like the gazebo and patio — to make the space enjoyable.
