DUBL-C Guesthouse | Charming Home | Near River

This wonderful, quiet little cabin is tucked in behind your hosts' home. Although there are other homes around the cabin you will enjoy the feel of being in the country. The trees surrounding the house are plentiful and the outdoor picnic area is perfect for enjoying nature.

Inside is a large open living room and kitchen offering hill country decor. The living room has a comfy leather sofa (also a sleeper bed) and over sized chair- both are placed to enjoy the cable television. A fully equipped kitchen is large and perfect for those quiet evenings when you just want to stay in! The kitchen has a large refrigerator, range/oven and microwave. There is also a wonderful wood table that seats four.

A queen sleigh bed is in the bedroom topped with a coverlet and decorative pillows. Two wicker chairs and a table are found in the bedroom for that quiet reading time. The bath has a shower. Behind the bathroom is a washer and dryer, which is available for guests use.

A wonderful highlight of this home is the screened porch just outside the living room. Enjoy nature in all seasons at the table for four. It is inviting and waiting for your arrival.

Great Place to Stay!

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay. We visited on Easter weekend. The place is surrounded by wildlife and deer running around. The home was nice and cozy, just what we were looking for. Good Location to the area attractions.

Great Place to Stay!

A very roomy, nice, comfortable place with all you need to have an enjoyable stay. The owners are close by, but we have never actually seen or heard them in the 4 or 5 times we've stayed there. It's a very relaxing time.

Nice Hideaway

A secluded guest house that was very clean and spacious. The screened in back porch was a plus. Deer in the yard. Very quiet and serene. The owner was super nice. Well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

So quiet and peaceful

Nothing fancy, but clean and had all the amenities needed. Calm & peaceful with birds singing in the trees, deer playing in the neighborhood. No traffic noise, dogs barking or noisy neighbors. Just quiet & peace. Loved our stay! Highly recommend!

This place was perfect. It was a small one bedroom house with plenty of room. The parking was a bit tight but not a true problem. I can't say enuf good stuff.

Good property but could use a good cleaning. There was a lot of dust on table leaf tray, shelves, baseboards, cabinets, etc.

Dubl-C Guesthouse

The hosts thought of everything. We absolutely loved our stay for the week. The deer were a real treat in the morning and evening. So many special touches and we were very grateful for the cold water bottles and a few breakfast bowls for our first morning stay. Very clean and comfortable. Larger than the photos appear as well. We plan to stay there again next time we have to travel in the area.

Our visit was for nine days.Very cute, cozy, and clean little cabin. Host was very helpful any time we called.Plenty of room. We really enjoyed our visit. This place had everything we needed and was furnished with all kinds of snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, etc. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area. And we really enjoyed watching the deer running around the yard.

Our stay was way more and better than we expected. Our host, Carolyn, went way above and beyond what was ever expected for A rental. The details, including a Christmas Tree, were fabulous. The amenities that were provided was way beyond our expectations. We will be back soon, and have already recommended to others about our stay there. Thank you
