Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort - 2-Bedroom w/Resort Amenities. Pet Friendly~

ACCOMMODATIONS:
My mother and I would like to welcome you to our mountaintop escape in the Great Smoky Mountains. We have been owners for over 25 years with Westgate Resorts, over 15 of which have been with Westgate Smoky Mountains Resorts, Spa, and Waterpark. We have had the opportunity to fully experience the Smoky Mountains as Elite level members (highest tier), and we'd love for the chance to share it with you.

Staying at this resort provides excellent opportunities for an amazing vacation experience! Look at the Resort Map in photos to locate the Mountain Top Buildings where we own two (2) Elite Condos located in Buildings 3000 through 5000 (building location is determined at check-in). You and your party will be staying as my guests in one of my Premium or Standard Condos. Your reservation will need to be for one week (7 nights) starting on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ONLY. All Condos come fully furnished (you may ask for additional complimentary linen, soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, etc.). All Condos sleep four(4) with a King Bed and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in L/R, have 2 TV'S, a fireplace, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

The one (1) BR Premium Elite is a larger Condo (834 square feet), has Dining Room, Living Room, Kitchen, a bathroom, a jacuzzi, and private balcony. This is the layout for Bedroom 1.

The one (1) BR Standard Elite is a smaller Condo (464 square feet) and has mostly everything the Premium Elite Condo has, except it has less floor space, no jacuzzi, and no private balcony. This is the layout for Bedroom 2.

Using my Owner entitlements, you will receive a Welcome Home Packet (includes a list of Resort Activities and area attractions), and be assigned a complimentary VIP Concierge to escort you to your room and help you with your luggage, and given a complimentary parking permit to access the resort property. Upon checking in, you will NOT PAY EXTRA RESORT FEES, you will PAY a $50 Refundable Damage Deposit, and $150 Non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee (only if applicable).

GUEST ACCESS:
The cabin is part of a gated resort. As our guests, there are no resort, cleaning, or parking fees. 3 heated pools/hot tubs, Wild Bear Falls Water Park admission (~$40/day normally, free for you), fitness center, and outdoor amenities (including the mini-golf weather permitting) are included free of charge. Outdoor amenities include picnic tables, grills, and outdoor fire pits.

The resort has several places to eat. Visit the lovely Southern Comfort Restaurant with its beautiful roaring fireplace and scrumptious, authentic taste of the South with Southern cooking and comfort foods you'll love. Located in the 60,000-square-foot indoor splash paradise, The Roaring Fork Snack Bar serves up appetizers, flatbreads, sandwiches, salads, and specialty drinks to satiate your appetite or opt for the best pizza in Gatlinburg from Mountain Pizza. The Smokehouse on the Mountain, serving up good times, great views, and even better barbecue, is located near the Mountain Top Pool. The Marketplace, an old-fashioned country shop, serves hot lunches, made-to-order sandwiches, Starbucks beverages, and groceries for your convenience and is packed with lots of memorabilia and gifts to remember your trip.

Treat yourself in the award-winning Serenity Spa with innovative treatments that offer head-to-toe indulgence that rejuvenates body, mind, and soul. Keep your health routine in the state-of-the-art Fitness Center, fully equipped with cutting-edge treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and other cardio and training equipment for a full-body workout. For leisure, stop by the game room, bursting with arcade games, tabletop battles, and thrilling air hockey. Spa treatments are pay per service and the game room is per use.

The resort has a free shuttle to and from your cabin to the resort amenities. There are lots of family activities in the Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville areas, in addition to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the large number of outdoor options to explore. There is a free trolley service to Gatlinburg and surrounding areas, which will save you time and money on parking. For details, check with the resort staff and/or the Gatlinburg tourism website.

REMINDER: ONLY 1 WEEK RENTALS ALLOWED. CHECK IN DAYS ARE FRIDAY, SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS ONLY.

You will submit a request to book and I will check to see if that particular week is available for check-in. There is no instant book due to me having to make sure the week is available through my owner's account.

Pet policy: Dogs only. Max of 2 dogs with a combined weight not to exceed 60 pounds and length or width not to exceed 36 inches. Breed restrictions: no Great Dane, Sharpei, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, and any other dog breeds at the discretion of Management. Fees: Non-refundable Pet Dog Fee of $150, payable upon check-in, plus a refundable $50 deposit if the room is free of damage at check-out.

Please indicate in your request if your group requires additional lodging, as we may have up to an additional 4-BRs available (2 Premium/2 Standard).
