Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit.
Quiet hours (no loud music) starts at 10 PM. Please respect our neighbors quite hours as they are not on vacation. Use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles and no street parking is available. A 2.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option (for one or two dogs) when confirming your reservation.
