You will enter this multi-level home through either the garage entrance or the front door, putting you into the main level great room with the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room offers a unique sunken living room design and plenty of surrounding windows to bring in the natural light and lake views, while the vaulted wood ceilings provide an open and airy feel. You will also enjoy comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains stainless steel appliances, including a double-drawer dishwasher and additional wine/mini-fridge. Other features include hardwood floors, stone counters, and bar seating for two. The dining room area offers seating for six, hardwood floors, and deck access.

The grand primary bedroom located on the main level features a king-size bed, Smart TV, gas fireplace, office space, lots of surrounding windows to bring in the views, and deck access. The private bathroom features two sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. The lower level primary bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV, private balcony, and private bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and, a Smart TV, and the sitting area offers a full-size sofa sleeper and access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bedroom in the loft has twin over queen bunk beds, and XL twin over XL twin bunk beds. Note: there is no door in this bedroom. There is a half bathroom on the main level.
