🚧 Access Road
The current access road is a bit uneven with some potholes. While most guests manage fine, it may feel slightly challenging on the first drive.

Construction of a new road is planned soon, and we’re happy to assist with transportation if needed.

⚡ Power Outages
Power outages can occur in Samui, especially during the rainy season. They’re usually brief, but you might notice the breaker trip during storms. We apologize for the inconvenience and are always available if you need assistance.

From sunrise yoga on your private deck to sunset dinners by the sea, Rêve Samui is designed to make every moment memorable.
• Electricity Charges: Electricity is charged based on consumption at a rate of 7THB per kWh.
• Group Restrictions: No all-male groups allowed. No groups of teenagers or young adults without multiple positive reviews.
• Overnight Guests: No visiting guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Booking Policy: We accept direct customers only; no agent or third-party bookings will be accepted. The main booker must be one of the staying guests.
• Cleaning Schedule: Cleaning and linen changes are provided every 7 days. Extra daily cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
• Smoking Policy: There is a strict NO smoking policy inside the villa. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of xxx xx (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
• Pool Maintenance: The pool is serviced twice a week to ensure cleanliness and safety.
