Out front, a private deck with a hot tub provides a cozy, sheltered place to unwind—perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day of exploring the coast or enjoying a peaceful soak under the stars.
Whether you're gathering with family, savoring the sounds of the surf, or simply slowing down and soaking in the natural beauty around you, Sol Luna offers a serene and comfortable setting for a memorable Oregon Coast getaway.

The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sandlake Dunes area is 4 miles to the north.

Kiwanda Coastal Properties is a local, professional Oregon Coast vacation rental management company that offers over 50 homes in the Pacific City area. We have been offering beach rental homes for more than 30 years. Reliable management means responsive service, insider guides to the area and a better vacation experience. Our nearby office is staffed 7 days a week ensuring that homes and guests are taken care of if any needs arise. We look forward to accommodating your next beach trip. Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
