This charming, historic neighborhood features tree-lined streets and easy access to city amenities. You're roughly a mile from the vibrant downtown area with its unique shops, diverse restaurants, SculptureWalk, and the Arc of Dreams.

You are also very close (approx. 1.5 miles) to the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center for concerts and events. Groceries and other conveniences are just a short drive away. Whether you're here for leisure or adventure, this central spot welcomes you.

Guest Access: Your Private Home Base

We want you to feel right at home. Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire single-family home.
Here's what's available to you during your stay:

ENTIRE HOME: Full access to all living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), and laundry facilities. *Please note the garage is not accessible to guests.

PARKING: Off-street parking is available in the driveway directly in front of the garage. Additional free street parking is also typically available.

OUTDOOR: While the main draw is Terrace Park across the street, the property sits on its own ~5,200 sq ft lot with a private patio in the back.

DINING AREA: Distinguished by an original built-in buffet, adding character and serving functionality.

3-SEASONS ROOM: Enjoy the versatile bonus space offered by the lovely 3-season room – perfect for morning coffee or enjoying the outdoors from within.

KITCHEN: Successfully marries vintage elements (like a nod to the original built-in icebox design) with modern necessities. Equipped with newer major appliances: dishwasher, range/oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. Carpet flooring enhances comfort.

BATHROOMS: Two convenient bathrooms are available – one located upstairs and one downstairs.

BASEMENT: The basement features a comfortable bedroom, a theatre area perfect for movie nights, an exercise bike for keeping up with your fitness routine, and the included washer and dryer for laundry needs.

Getting Around & Parking in Central Sioux Falls

ON FOOT: Enjoy easy walks through the historic neighborhood and immediate access to all Terrace Park amenities directly across the street. Downtown Sioux Falls is less than a mile away, roughly a 20-minute walk.

BY BIKE: Sioux Falls' extensive bike trail system is easily accessible via Terrace Park across the street.

BY TAXI/RIDESHARE: Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are readily available in Sioux Falls.

DRIVING & PARKING: Guests can use the driveway for off-street parking (in front of the garage). Free street parking is also generally available. The location provides easy access to key city roads (W 12th St, Minnesota Ave) and major highways (I-29, I-90, I-229). Sioux Falls Regional Airport (FSD) is a convenient 10-12 minute drive away.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Sioux Area Metro (SAM) bus routes run along nearby major streets like Minnesota Ave or W 10th/12th St. Use the SAM Transit app or website for routes and schedules.

ACCESSIBILITY: This is a single-family home with two levels, including a basement with laundry. Guests should be comfortable navigating stairs to enter the home as well as to utilize the basement.

PET POLICY: Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet per stay. Pets are only allowed on the main floor of the property, as the main floor is mostly hardwood floors and pet-friendly furniture. Pets are not allowed in the basement. Please keep pets off furniture/bedding and notify us in advance. Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by their pets.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL: The home features central air conditioning and forced air gas heating for year-round comfort.

SAFETY MEASURES: The home is equipped with smoke detectors, a CO detector, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit for your safety.
