It was ok
So unfortunately, we had a family health emergency that prevented us from going on Our original family vacation to Yellowstone. We attempted to book a unit with this facility and unfortunately it booked at the same time as in other families, so the owners took it upon themselves to contact the facility and help us get another unit. They went above and beyond to help us. And we could not have been more appreciative of their support, otherwise we would have been at home and not even having a family vacation this summer. So to them thank you so very much!!!With that being said, Check in took forever!!! We arrived just after 4, which is check in time, and our condo wasnt ready. We didn't get into the unit until 5:45. We were tired and exhausted from a day of traveling. The only thing that made check in just a little better was gentleman that checked us in and the young lady that he was training. They were friendly, super nice and very apologetic. The kitchen needs to be better stocked with silverware and cookware. Also we know that there will be a pet cleaning fee but it really needs to be posted on the listing before. Oh and the family that stayed there before us left a few items of clothing in the dryer. So definitely make sure you really check the wssher and dryer and under couches and beds before leaving. Overall very very nice units. Staff was overall very friendly and nice and the resort site itself was very fun for the family. So much to do.
