Need a house for a large family get together or vacation - or perhaps two families. This new custom home completed in June, 2017 with 2 car garage, massive wraparound deck, and 100' of lakefront is perfect for you.

From the moment you walk into the house you'll be amazed at the breath-taking views of Belleau Lake through 2 stories of windows. The first floor boasts a huge open living area that spans the width of the house with large Roku-ready flat screen TV (including live TV on the YouTube TV app and Netflix). The custom kitchen includes quartz countertops, cabinet space galore, and all the tools and gadgets you need to prepare gourmet meals, with two Weber grills on the deck as well. There's even a stocked spice cabinet. Off the kitchen is a pantry and a separate laundry room. And for the crowd, there's a custom farmers table that can seat 10 comfortably (the island also has seating for 3). Also off the kitchen is a bath with huge shower, and a bedroom with a queen size bed.

The second floor has an en-suite master bedroom overlooking the lake, with dual sinks in the custom vanity, queen bed, and walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor - one with queen bed, the other with 2 twin beds. The bedrooms all open up to the 2nd floor living area with beautiful views of the lake from the overlooking balcony. There's also another full bath.

The lower level boasts an additional bedroom with a king size bed. There's also an additional bunk room with two sets of bunkbeds, including a full size bed in one of the bottom bunks. Another full bath is located on this level, as well as another huge living area with walkout to the lake. Add a big screen TV with X-Box 360 Kinect and lots of games, air hockey table, and an area set aside for the all-important card game and you have plenty of activities to keep busy - or just grab a lounge chair and relax on the deck or by the water.

For water fun, there are two kayaks, two canoes, and two paddleboats available for your pleasure. There are plenty of life jackets, as well as a few fishing rods and water toys in the lower level closet. Lakefront, there is a 24' dock for fishing, swimming, or just plain relaxing. The sandy beach area has plenty of seating around the fire pit (firewood included). In the driveway, you will find a mobile basketball hoop for some additional fun, just bring a ball..
