Car Recommended: Most guests prefer to have a car for easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, parks, and attractions. Street parking is plentiful and free right outside the home.



Train Access: Crystal Lake Metra Station is just a 7-minute drive away, offering direct service to downtown Chicago—perfect for a day trip or commuting without the hassle of city driving.



Bike-Friendly: Crystal Lake is a bike-friendly community with nearby trails and paths leading to parks, beaches, and downtown Crystal Lake.



Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for a quick and easy way to get around if you prefer not to drive.

• Pet fee: $200 per reservation (please add your pet to the booking)

• No smoking allowed inside the home. Subject to a $500 fine if violated.

• No parties or large gatherings allowed. If violated, your reservation will be immediately canceled with no refund.

• Optional damage waiver available during check-in for added peace of mind against accidental damage.

• ID verification required during check-in for security purposes, similar to what hotels and car rentals require.

• A simple check-in form is required prior to arrival.
