Luxury apartment in Glyfada with amazing sea view!
The tenement is at the spot where the Aegean Sea meets the central point of the “Athenian Riviera”. From its huge veranda, one may enjoy a breathtaking view of the coastline and feel the breeze of the splashing waves. Due to the ample space, it is considered as a sunbathing area. A spacious, sunny and luxuriously decorated apartment that you are going to adore!
The apartment itself is 150 sqm and has 2 private parking spaces that belong to it. It is surrounded by verandas from four sides, which allows the sun rays to sneak into the flat from the sunrise until the sunset. The layout of the flat contains high ceilings. There are ceiling fans that will make your stay pleasant during the warm summer days.
In the tenement, there are 3 bedrooms: one of them is a master suite (double bed 160x200) with a private marble bathroom, the second one has one double bed (120x200), a third one has 2 single beds, and there is a marble bathroom and a WC in between of them. A living room has enormous large double glazed windows, just to make you comfortable to enjoy the magnificent sea view to the maximum, and a fireplace, to make you feel home.
There is an air-condition in each bedroom, as well as one in the living room
The kitchen, much like all the spaces, is fully equipped and furnished and is separated from the living room with a luxurious glass door. The appointments are of the finest taste and the combination of the class and the modern elements will be impossible to stay unobserved. They have been dyed with ecological paint that consists of 33% chalk. This makes them non-toxic.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The listing's base rate is for an ENTIRE HOUSE Rental (1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom & 1 bedroom-you can choose as the main bedroom the bedroom of your preference).
In case the booking is for 2 guests, the guests may choose which bedroom they wish to use for their accommodation. The other 2 will be unavailable for their use.
If there are 2 guests, who wish to sleep in separate bedrooms, they should inform me and the extra bedroom is charged with 10 €/night. In this case, 2 bedrooms of their preference will be available for their accommodation.
The price of the platform is about 2 guests that will be accommodated in the same bedroom. For a third guest, one more bedroom will be opened. For a fourth guest, there will be the same bedroom available as it accommodates 2 people. So, in order for the 3rd bedroom to be opened, the fees for at least 5 guests should be paid.
In case you are 2 people with the usage of one bedroom, you can not stay up to 3 days.
In case the booking is for 3 or 4 guests, 2 bedrooms of their choice will be available for them. The 3rd one will be unavailable, but if they wish it, it will cost 15 €/night.
In any case, in your request, you should declare the real number of guests.
Upon request, with a charge of 10€ daily, we can provide you with a private parking space on the same building.
EXTRA SECURITY IS OFFERED BY THE SURVEILLANCE CAMERA EXISTING OUT OF THE FLOOR DOOR OF THE APARTMENT AND RECORDING EVERYONE ENTERING AND EXITING IT.
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
The cleaning fee is charged for the cleaning after your check-out, so we'll be able to deliver the apartment to the following guests in the same condition it was when you received it.
Upon request, with a charge of 10€ daily, we can provide you with a private parking space on the same building.
There are free Greek SIM cards available upon request.
In case of a same-day booking, a four-hour notice before your arrival is necessary.
The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. In case you are less and wish to stay at the apartment more than 4 days, please inform me first through a message and then I'll let you know if this is possible depending on the demand and the season.
In case you are 2 people with the usage of one bedroom, you can not stay up to 3 days.

The check-in time is between 15:00 - 21:00. There is a waiting period of 30 minutes after the agreed check in time between us and the guests. We ask for the guest's flight details in order to track the flight and avoid any inconveniences of possible delays. If you are having any emergency delay please inform us 1 hour before the arranged check in and we will be happy to accommodate you. If we do not have any prior notice, there will be an extra charge depending on the case.
Early check-in benefit is provided in special circumstances with an extra early/late check-in fee - 20€ for after 21.00 and until 23.00, then 30€ from 23.00 until 09:00 and 20€ (09:00-10:00) - which is independent of the extra accommodation fee (half-day rate). So, if you want to be sure for having an early check-in, you don't have to take the risk of the last minute notice; your check-in day in your reservation must be the previous one of your arrival day. However, in case of a same-day check-out, the check-in of the new guests will be possible only when the apartment is cleaned.
A fee of 30€ is charged for check-in and check-out on the previous, same and next day of Christmas (24th, 25th and 26th of December), New Year's Eve (31st of December), New Year's Day (1st of January), Epiphany (6th of January), on August 15th (The Dormition of Virgin Mary), on 17th of June (Holy Spirit Day) and on all the Greek National Holidays, such as 25th of March (Greek Independence Day) and the 28th of October (The anniversary of ‘NO’) ,which is independent of the extra fees for the early/late check-in and check-out.
Regarding the Orthodox Easter, the fee applies for Friday-Saturday-Easter Day and Easter Monday (25,26,27,28,29 of April).
For those days, early and late check-ins will only be possible after contacting me for confirmation.
NOTICE !! If you are planning for a very early/ late check-in please inform us in your request BEFORE we accept it, so as you have agreed with the extra fees !!
You are kindly requested during your stay when you are outside and the before your departure, to turn off the air condition, the hot water and also the lights!
If your stay is longer than 1 week you will have to cover and will be charged with an additional cleaning cost with a cleaning lady allocated by us.
There is also an extra charge of 50€ in case you lose the keys of the apartment or the parking control.
During the Orthodox Easter Period ( 25,26,27,28,29 of April) the apartment will only be available for reservations of 4nights and more.
Please be aware that the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and only candles can be placed in it. It is strictly forbidden to use it.
Keep in mind that, in accordance with the Greek Regulation Law, upon your arrival, you will need to fill out a guest information form, with some basic info, such as full name and passport number.
The site of the apartment is comfortable because of the proximity of the places a guest may need to visit for some restful and trouble-free vacations. It is located just in front of the Marina of Ag. Kosmas and by the sandy beach of Hellinikon. Marina (Floisvos) is in a 5 -minute walk. It is close to the area of Kalamaki (Alimos) and to the SUP (Stand up paddle surfing), which is 2,5 km far. Finally, the Olympic Fencing Center of Hellinikon, where plenty of exhibitions are held, is located 5 min away.
Referring to the famous historical attractions, such as Acropolis, the Plaka neighborhood, Temple of Olympian Zeus you may reach them taking the tram and in only 30 min you will be there! Also, by tram or by bus you may reach Glyfada (Γλυφάδα) in 5 min, just a right place to have dinner or coffee because of the huge variety of diverse restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

Hello everyone! I am Sissy, I’m fully affected by the Greek bright sun and blue sea and I love swimming and rolling in the waves.
When going abroad, I consider myself a traveler, not a tourist. The difference between those two is that a traveler doesn’t need to go with the mass but to explore himself. In order to do so, he needs to know that before the exploration and afterwards, there will always be a spotless house to rest, with warm bed, soft fresh linens and a comfortable kitchen. What a traveler needs is a home away from home.
By offering my places through homeaway I put my own delight in a first place. In each traveler I see myself when being abroad and think what was that missing from my own trips. For this reason, I decorated all of my places on my own and I was thrilled about the future guests. This satisfaction makes the hosting experience a hobby, and never a job.
It is a great honor for me to receive your enjoyment when staying at my apartment. You are always welcome!
