This well-maintained second floor two-bedroom, two-bath condo in Seven Springs’ Sunridge Community is perfect for an easy and relaxing getaway. Located directly on Village Trail, you have ski-out/ski-in access via Village Trail direct to Avalanche Lift and great access to the resort.

The open gathering space features the living room, kitchen and dining area.

The living room has an electric fireplace to bring warmth and ambience, a sliding door to the balcony for great views and natural light. The fully-equipped, recently remodeled kitchen is perfect for your low maintenance mountain recharge. Gather at the 6-person table for eating, chatting, and a game of cards after hiking, skiing, golfing and touring the Laurel Highlands.

Just off the open gathering space is a full bathroom and the main bedroom with a queen bed.

The loft bedroom provides comfortable sleeping for four (1 queen and a twin bunk bed), views of the mountain, and a full bathroom.

Additional amenities, in the newly recarpeted condo, includes two TV/Monitors, one DVD player, games, and washer/dryer. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts and Seven Springs shuttle stop – all within a short walk!

We have hand soap, dish soap, and "starter" paper products for you.

NOTE: We are new owners as of June 2025. The great condo was listed previously with and had approximately 150 5-star reviews. We welcome returning and new guests!

WINTER SEASON
Ski-out and Ski-in from the front door (your skis safely locked in the private ski closet to the right of the front door) gives you more time slope time (DISCLAIMER: Ski-in Ski-out is Weather Permitting i.e. if the weather is warm and there is no snow or insufficient snow on Village Trail, then there is neither ski-in nor ski-out).

SPRING, SUMMER, & FALL SEASONS
We love the relaxing versatility of our comfortable feel-good space – walking access to hiking trails, pools, and the resort shuttle or relaxing on the peaceful deck with a book or hoping in the car to Ohiopyle, Falling Water, or Latrobe for Steeler’s Football Camp. The condo is close to the Sunridge and Woodridge pools and hot tub (Open
Memorial Day to Labor Day), which have a pavilion and charcoal grills, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, pickleball, and children's playground are all steps away from the front door.
Seven Springs summer activities include alpine slide, climbing wall, peddle boats and more!

The ski closet has 4 pickleball paddles & balls and a basketball for you to use!
