Charming bungalow in the cutest town

Not only was the property exactly as described, the hosts went above and beyond to welcome us - even put a fresh watermelon in the fridge for us to enjoy! We had our own entrance, an adorable little outdoor space with a hammock and screened in porch - all super cute! We fell in love with Conway and you will too! It just a quick drive to the beach but has this small town charm that is unmatched. Everyone we encountered around town was super friendly. The hosts were quick to respond when we had questions which made for a wonderful stay.

I will say this is quite the little gem. Very clean. Very cozy has everything that you could need. The host was friendly and communication was quick. Check in and check out. We're simple and efficient. The host had left coffee as well as a few little snacks which was very much appreciated. It was clean and well maintained. The little porch on the side was wonderful to sit and have your morning coffee or enjoy the evening. The kitchen had a Keurig and a coffee maker as well as a refrigerator and a microwave. The location was wonderful. 8 to 10 minutes to coastal Carolina and about 25 minutes to the beach. Plenty of little restaurants all around. We would definitely stay here again. It was lovely. Thanks so much to our host who made our family weekend with our college student. So much more nicer!

Owners on premises. They rent out the back two bedrooms on Vrbo. There's no living room. The kitchen is ok, altho 2 nights in a row someone tripped the breaker, 2 mornings waking up to spoiled food. The owner admitted it happens when they turn something on in their room. There's a door into their home. Kept lock of course. But, it wasn't a comfortable feeling. One bedroom is large, the second is fair. The bathroom is in the 2nd bedroomNO privacy for the person(s) who slept in that room. There's a lovely inclosed porch but don't expect privacy. Owner working around the property, felt like we were being watched. We did enjoy chats with the lady of the home. Prior to the last day of our visit, we asked about staying another night. She was very, very nice and was trying to work with us to make it happen. We waited almost all day for a call from them on the price. Late evening. I sat alone out there for a bit. Its after 11 p.m. and I see what looks like sassquatch running towards me with big voice. Where's my money ? You only sent 80. My sister had paid her half on cash app. I was giving them cash. Since it 1was so late I was going to give to them 1st thing in morning. He was yelling at me, telling me it wasn't ok, and kept yelling at me said he was getting his wife. I went inside and grabbed the cash. Just before i got back to the door, he was beating on it. I put the money in his hand and said good night. As I was

DO NOT HOST! We did our best to accomodate these guests for an extra night. If they felt like they were being watched it must've been due to a guilty conscience. We were planting flowers and verified with the guests that they would be up as not to interupt their sleep. started in the yard at 10:45 am. Multiple excuses, having car problems, car disabled by whoever they financed car from, no access to electronic funds to go through VRBO site, etc. After multiple messages from my wife to them for payment and it being past 11pm we knocked on back door to find out out what the next excuse was. We have been burnt before. Ended up having to call VRBO directly and were advised to call local authoritiesif not vacated by next morning.
