✔ Trash Disposal: Guests are responsible for disposing of their own trash off the property.
✔ Parking: Ensure all guests park in designated areas.
✔ A gathering fee is required, beginning at $250 and may increase depending on the number of guests occupying your event.

Please note, we do not host multiple gatherings in a reservation unless approved upon booking.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house and driveway, with space to park up to two cars.

Enjoy direct access to the pool and dry sauna, both of which are not gated for safety.

For the safety of all, children must be supervised at all times near the pool and open hot tub, and are not permitted to use the pool alone, no access to the hot tub or dry sauna. Please ensure they are never left unattended in these areas.

PETS
This is a dog-friendly property, there is a pet fee per pet (limit 2), per stay. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up any poo sculptures. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. $20 per each sculpture if left behind.

SECURITY
There will be no parties, pow-wows or gatherings in this home. Any unauthorized guests are not allowed. All communication must come to the hosts.

This home is monitored by audio/visual through cameras on the exterior of the home. There is a smart sensor as well within the home to monitor noise/smoke/CO2.

If guests are found to be in violation of any house rules, with any cut off communication, there will be a security team deployed to the home to escort all guests out. This will come with a $1000 fee on top of any damages that would likely be charged. Strict $200 fee for any smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside.

We sincerely appreciate all of our guests and do not see this happening, but we have been hosts for a while, and some have a knack for breaking rules even though they are clearly stated.

FIRE PIT
Use of the fire pit with adult supervision. Ensure all knobs are turned to off once complete and all embers and flames put out properly and not left unattended.

POOL
Direct access to the pool is not protected by a gate.
Shallow water (5ft deep), absolutely no jumping or diving.
No children allowed in the water alone or unattended
Children must be attended to by an adult in the backyard at all times.

HOT TUB OR DRY SAUNA (HOT TUB INOPERABLE FOR JANUARY 2025)
Direct access to hot tub with a hard cover with lock, not protected by a gate. No children allowed in the hot tub.
No Children allowed in the dry sauna
Children must be attended to by an adult in the backyard at all times. All adults are required to shower before using the hot tub and Dry sauna. Maintenance and cleaning inspections are complete after every booking.

SMOKING
Strict $200 fee for any smoking anywhere on the property, inside or outside. It is the lead booking adult's responsibility to ensure this is followed.

PARKING
Guests will have access to the whole house and driveway. Ensure no cars are blocking sidewalks/walkways in the neighborhood. Also, no parking on small street curbs. Please ensure all cars are adequately parked. We love our neighbors and want to ensure their homeownership experience is not affected negatively in any way.

TRASH
If a large gathering creates excess trash within a one-week time period. There will be a $100 excess trash charge. We really don't anticipate this happening. We have some guests who do a great job breaking down their boxes, and some guests don't, which fills up the bins very quickly. We encourage all guests to be respectful of the space so the house doesn’t fill up with excess trash. Excess trash will need to be taken elsewhere if the bins are full. Please no overflow left in the drive or street. This will be assessed during checkout.
