Likewise hosting Jessica and group was a breeze, with a large groups like this, while everyones mood is to have fun and frolics so it will be hard to coordinate and keep an eye on and yet they kept the house very clean and followed all the house rules.

We’d like to clarify a few details regarding the cottage. The cottage (which includes three full-size beds and one full bathroom) is located on the property but is not part of the standard listing. It is clearly noted as an additional space available for an extra fee or by prior arrangement. In this case, access to the cottage was not requested or discussed until the night of arrival, so it had not been prepared by housekeeping. We offered complimentary access for the duration of the stay, with the option to have it fully set up the following day. Alternatively, we offered to reimburse the cost of sleeping bags from a nearby store open late. At the guests’ request, we agreed to open the cottage that same night, with the understanding that it had not been professionally cleaned due to the late hour. We got an agreement by guest they will self clean, so provided fresh linens, towels, soaps, and cleaning supplies, yet all nights at no additional charge. We did not charge anything for this extra space. We’re disappointed that the review focuses on this area, with personal RX publicly posted, especially since it was not part of the original booking and was provided as a courtesy.

only couple of pictures are real, thanks for that and we've course corrected the same but btw it is too sad that you are trying to over do by reporting here, because trying to protect yourself from claims for damages or to nullify the losses caused by you (breaking beds, furniture, breaking porch), more occupancy, too many RVs and more folks living in there, drawing more utilities to RVs, charging EVs etc.
