The glass installation was scheduled by the property owner. She attempted to re-schedule the appointment but was told there would be a 6-week delay. We were not informed about the guest's issue with the material used, or her asthma flare, until after she checked out. There is no obligation for guests to launder beach towels. It is possible that the guest misunderstood the check out instructions.

We do want to clarify that the keypad replacement was scheduled and completed by the condo association, and unfortunately the timing was outside of our control. That said, we understand how an interruption like that can impact your stay and appreciate your patience while it was completed. Your comments regarding the unit’s condition, furnishings, and overall feel are very helpful. We’re actively reviewing items such as the bed, linens, kitchen organization, and general wear to identify where upgrades and improvements can be made. We’re also addressing the maintenance items you noted, including the squeaky doors, drawer function, and appliance noise. We provide a starter set of essentials for our guests, and your feedback on the quality and presentation of those items is noted as well.
