Casa de Praia em Praia Privada

Thank you Kevin- likewise! It was very nice hosting you. Haste Ye Back!

Thank you Scotty. It was nice talking with you, and figuring out the best options for your group. Glad you all had a good time! Haste Ye Back

Thank you for your review Kerry. I hope the gals all had fun! Come back when the Tipsy is rebuilt and serving! ~Leah

Thank you for your review Shane. Yes, the world-famous, long and beautiful Treasure Cay beach is a short golf-cart ride away. TC Beach is great for long walks! We have a much shorter beach (200 ft) if you want to be right there next to the kitchen, and with chairs, chaise lounges, paddleboards, kayaks, floats, etc.

Hi Robyn, Likewise I say the same about you! It's always good to be in touch with the guests. Thank you for letting me know about some issues- which got resolved! I hope to see you in TC!

It was delightful working with you Luis!

Hi Ron, Thank you for the details in your review of our house! Yes, a lot of thought went into rebuilding back better after Dorian destroyed the house -down to the floor (except for the garage!). You got it right when you said it's a good place for "a quiet, relaxing vacation". We feel very fortunate to have that beach house. Come back and enjoy it again; hopefully the Tipsy will get rebuilt soon. Thank you ~Leah

Thank you for being great guests Nick. We hope you enjoyed your time in the Abacos. Haste Ye Back!

Wow Sally! That's great to know! Thank you

Thank you Amanda! I'm glad your family loved it. I will let the property manager, Ms Abby, know of your compliment.

It was very nice having you and your friensd at the house Thomas. I appreciate that you pointed out a few issues (like a faucett that came unattached, some electrical plugs that didn't work after a power outage, a loose shower bar), so that I could tell the property manager, who otherwise wouldn't know! I'm glad to hear you all enjoyed spending time at the house and Treasure Cay. Haste Ye Back! ~Leah

I'm happy you enjoyed some of the treasures that the Abacos offers; it sounds like a fun time! You were delightful guests, and welcome back anytime- especially when it gets cold back home! Glad you made it to The Bahamas.

Sounds like some of you had their own room/bathroom!

Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for you review! Some people get to the house, and end up just hanging out and relaxing by the beach. So a golf cart is perfect because it gives you wheels to tool around, go to Bahama Beach Club for dinner, or to the bakery, convenience and liquor stores. Plus golf carts make you feel like you're in a resort ;-) I'm glad you all had a good time and enjoyed your trip! Haste Ye Back! Regards ~Leah

Thank you for this informative review! Another choice for groceries besides Maxwell's, is right outside the airport, Abaco Groceries. And it's convenienetly right next to the liquor store. Get some bottled water- as not everyone can drink island water. Don't forget to use it with the ice-maker, too. Yes, the restaurants are fairly pricey, and there are only a handful that have rebuilt so far, so we mostly cook at home. Thanks for taking the time to review with edtails for future guests to TC. ~Leah

Hi Annmarie, I'm delighted that you enjoyed your time at our house with your family! We made the living room/dining/kitchen all open in order to be the gathering area for everyone. I'm glad it worked! lol. Thank you for being in reliable communication with me; it gave me a peace of mind as well. Take care and Haste Ye Back to Treasure Cay! ~Leah

Thank you for taking the time to review the house Yamile. I normally don't take short stays, but it was a special weekend for you (Mother's Day!), with special circumstances. You were a delightful guest the 1st time you stayed at the house, and I was happy to host you again! Haste Ye Back! ;-)

Glad to hear you had a good time with your family Frank! Most people do just what you all did, play on the beach or chill under the tiki and pergola. It was a pleasure communicating with you throughout. Best wishes.

Thank you for your review Barry. I'm glad you all found the world famous Treasure Cay beach, which is a fun 5-minute golf cart ride away from the house. It's long and beautiful! Our secluded beach is only 200 ft long. I recommend Bahama Beach Club for better access to Treasure Beach (but it is not as private as our house). So something to consider if you return to TC. Regards ~Leah
