Welcome to Cozy in Cordova! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sleeps up to 19 guests with comfy beds and sofas. Enjoy a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, cozy living room, and a kid-friendly bedroom. We're just 5 minutes from Shelby Farms Park, 10 minutes to I-40, 20 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes to downtown Memphis and the Memphis Raceway. Guests will end the home through the front door with a digital door code. Once inside, you'll see the stairway that will take you to the bedrooms and two bathrooms. On your right will be the main dining room, which features two bench seats and room for additional seats! Through the double doors will be the fully-equipped kitchen, with everything you need to make a full meal! There are additional eating areas in the bay-window nook and off the bar-height counter! You can access the living room from the foyer or from the kitchen. Here, you'll find two cozy couches, a queen sleeper sofa and a large Smart TV, loaded with all the apps you could dream of! Upstairs, you'll find all the bedrooms. The first bedroom at the top of the stairs is perfect for kids and groups! There is one twin bed and three bunk beds; one twin over twin bunk and two twin over full bunks! There is a full bathroom with an oversized soaker tub and stand-alone shower attached to this bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed and desk. The third bedroom has a queen bed and there are two fulls in the fourth bedroom. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Access to the patio and backyard can be found through the double doors off the living room. There is a patio table with chairs and lots of room to play in the large, fenced-in backyard. The laundry room is on the right side of the kitchen.
