Unfortunately we were unable to access the property for a long period of time due to a gate failure. We were able to access the property my climbing over an 8 ft iron gate. We could not get our vehicles out for 24 hours. The management company did respond but only said they had to work through the HOA of the property to remedy the situation. We were refunded a small portion of our stay.
