A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for easier access due to the hilly location.

Electricity is charged based on actual usage, so you have control over your energy costs.

The villa is in a quiet, secluded area, perfect for relaxation. Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially in the evenings.

Cleaning and linen change is mandatory for stays over 7 nights.

Extra daily cleaning is available upon request for an additional cost.

Strict NO SMOKING policy inside all villas. A deep cleaning fee applies for violations. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

A refundable security deposit of 3,000 THB (or equivalent) is required upon arrival.

Do not flush toilet paper. Blocked toilets incur a penalty of 8,000 THB.

Pools are serviced twice a week to maintain pristine condition.

Electricity usage is charged at 10 THB per kW at check-out.
