A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for easier access due to the hilly location.

Electricity is charged based on actual usage, so you have control over your energy costs.

The villa is in a quiet, secluded area, perfect for relaxation. Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially in the evenings.
- No all teenager/young adult groups allowed without multiple positive reviews.
-The main booker has to be one of the staying guests.
- Cleaning and change of linen on stays over a week are a must.
- Extra daily cleaning upon request at additional cost.
- There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE all of our villa areas. There will be a hefty deep cleaning fee applied to those who do not comply with this standard. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
- A refundable security deposit of 3000 thb (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
