Enjoy a tropical backyard featuring an exceptional (optional heated) pool and a resort-like cabana complete with a TV and beverage fridge. Just 6 minutes from stunning beaches and 4 minutes to Seminole Town Center, this location is unbeatable. Each room boasts a smart TV. Professionally decorated and immaculately cleaned, the interior design will surely elevate your stay!


OUTSIDE OASIS:
With its perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor luxury, this home is an ideal choice for an exceptional stay! You'll enjoy the large saltwater pool and the spacious yet cozy cabana with bar seating, built-in beverage refrigerator, and a 55" TV for streaming your favorite shows. Enjoy meals on the gas grill with ample seating for gatherings. At night, you'll love the colorful nighttime mood lighting that will enhance your evenings outside.

POOL & OPTIONAL HEATER:
Our beautiful saltwater pool can be heated to 83 degrees from October 1st to May 1st for just $25 per night. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
This home accommodates up to 12 guests with:

Primary Bedroom: King Bed = sleeps 2

Bedroom #2: Two Queen Beds = sleeps 4

Guest Bungalow: Two Full Beds = sleeps 4

**Additional Full-Size Memory-Foam Floor Mattress (that is the living room bed in listing) = sleeps 2


GUEST BUNGALOW:
The large guest bungalow offers a unique experience! This private space is equipped with two full-size beds, a Smart TV for entertainment, and heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable. Guests in the bungalow will have access to the pool bathroom just steps away.

Get ready for a delightful stay in your own little slice of paradise! Please note: the bungalow counts as a bedroom, making a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This cozy retreat is separate from the main home, providing a bit of privacy that may not be suitable for guests of all ages. Additionally, there are a few step-downs into the pool bath, so please consider your group dynamics and sleeping arrangements when booking.


PETS WELCOME!
We’re pet-friendly and happy to welcome your dogs (just let us know in advance!). For a $150 fee, you can bring up to two dogs—sorry, no cats allowed! Emotional support animals are also welcome and fall under the pet fee. Pet owners should survey the perimeter of the fencing upon arrival to identify openings and ensure their pets are secure.

Traveling with little ones? No worries—we’ve got you covered! We can arrange a local pack-n-play rental for just $35 per week, so your little ones can snooze in style. Or enjoy a 10% discount on extra baby gear from Baby Quip.

PARKING FOR GUESTS:
Parking for 4 vehicles MAX. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the home and not on the street. No parking in the garage and no RVs, boat parking, or pull-behind trailers permitted. Guests who intentionally park on the lawn will be asked to vacate the home.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Lawn service and pool service must enter the backyard to maintain this property. They do not announce their arrival and do not have set times. If you have privacy concerns about this, this may not be the right home for you.


TRIP INSURANCE:
Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance. This would financially cover unforeseeable events (e.g., weather-related incidents, airline cancellations, inability to travel due to illness, or death in the family).


NIGHTLY RATES:
The nightly rate is calculated based on the number of guests in your reservation. Increasing the number of guests after booking may raise your nightly rate.


2ND BATH /POOL BATH
One of the two bathrooms is considered a pool bathroom, accessible from outside. Guests will need to step outside the home briefly to access it.


TV & WIFI:
All televisions are Smart TVs for streaming your own apps. We provide high-speed WiFi but no cable TV package.
